Concentration Camps Argumentative Essay
One day there was a girl name Caroline, and Andrew her brother , and their mom and dad. When they got a big letter that said on the front of the
envelope it had to say Concentration Camps on it there, mom said "why" The next day Andrew had to leave to go to the Concentration Camps and
when Caroline thought of a really good idea for all of them to go to the Concentration Camps together. They would try to escape all together and
they would have as much freedom as when they were happy and could go outside, go to the beach and they couldn't do that and more because they
were Jewish so they had to say inside all of the time and so they had to stick together. "Mom i'm scared" said Caroline and Andrew. "We all are you

In order to have a good argumentative essay, there are a few important standards of critical thinking that is needed to be found in the essay such as
the clearness, accuracy, importance or relevance, sufficiency, depth, breath and precision that is stated by Nosich. The strength of this argumentative
essay is consider weak because it does not capture the interest of the reader and was not persuasive enough; even though from the introduction of the
argumentative essay includes full sentences and a good opinion, the argumentative essay is all objective. The introduction includes too much of the
emotional appeals, such as when it wrote " Day after day the number of people worshipping this icon has been growing since the birth of this
creature. well to many it may seem harmless idol but in my opinion, Mickey Mouse is an 'devil in disguise' influencing the minds of young and old
people to adopt the culture of the 'devil' which doesn't blend will with the moral values of society and should be banned". To improve the introduction,
the writer should include of all objectives statements relative facts and appeals to the mind of people who agree or disagree with the topic.

Childish
I 've never really liked to read. I don 't find interest in things that can't happen, especially if they 're supposed to represent a time in life that i 'm
supposed to go through. It 's like those books about High School, you know the ones that say you 're supposed to have the best times of your life and
meet the perfect guy or girl and go to prom and be prom queen and get married to your High School sweetheart. Those things don 't just happen.
Regardless of how much reading made my blood boil my mom always made me read one or two books a week. Now this was in preschool and
kindergarten and sometimes she would actually read to me. The first book I ever remember reading was a math book and right after I attempted
to read it my mom told me to stop because the letters were getting mixed up in my head. So that day we went to an eye doctor turns out I couldn 't
read because I couldn 't see properly. So after that mom told me that I just needed to try. I started reading books like "The Rainbow Fish" and "I'll
love you forever" if you don 't know what those books are you didn 't have a childhood. I ended up reading those books constantly and ended up
surprising my mom that I could read them so well, it 's really just because I memorized them; but I mean she was happy so I didn 't mind.
The first book review assignment that I remember was in fourth grade. I was at private christian school kid and everything was really strict. The book
that was assigned was Johnny

Argumentative Essay On Genesis
Genesis
Justin Bennett If ten bystanders were to witness the same crime, how many different interpretations of the scene would there be? All the opinions and
viewpoints that arise from one scenario are very dependant on different variables. The same can be applied when analyzing the book of Genesis. One
controversial topic is whether to take it literally or figuratively. Some of the different arguments supporting and opposing either side include; the
original beliefs of the interpreter, the historical time frame, the different genres of writing in the book, and more. There are many perceptions of the
book of Genesis being literal or figurative. The Bible was originally written in Hebrew by a series of many authors around the time of 1450–1410 BC
(Holy Bible, Scofield). Moses who wrote Genesis, supposedly received direct information from God himself about how the world and man were
created. This is the first point of interpretation because there is a need to have blind faith in Moses. There are many stories in Genesis that seem
absurd and hard to believe really happened, unless you are someone who believes in the power of God and has this blind faith. For example, God
gives Adam and Eve a garden and says not to take the fruit from one tree and when they eat the fruit from that tree, God punishes them, "Thou shalt
not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life" (1:17, Gen). From a figurative standpoint we can

Argumentative Essay On Refugees
Refugee Argument What do you think about refugees entering our country? Do you think that they should have rights the same as us? How do you
think refugees help are U.S economy? Do you think they can us helpful information to keep this country safe? Giving rights and opportunities to
everyone is what the U.S is what should be known for. Imagine you're a refugee and you're hopeless what would you think? You're fighting to get
rights, you're trying your best to pay your bills and being the best citizen you can be, but your experiences from your past life keep haunting you.
You're just trying to start over just trying to be like the rest. But still getting disrespected by your peers. TheUnited States Should accept refugees giving
them equal rights. They can give us helpful information, help the U.S economy. The Universal Declaration ofHuman Rights is a declaration adopted by
the United Nations General Assembly on December 10, 1948, in Paris, France. It was written shortly after World War II. The atrocities committed
by Nazi Germany during the Holocaust shocked the world. It pushed countries to develop a set of standards and protections on how to treat their
fellow humans. It declares that human rights are given to all people, no matter who they are or where they live according to Universal Declaration of
Human Rights. Meaning everyone of any race, color, gender, language, religion, national or social origin, property or birth should have the rights and
freedoms in this country. Therefore, people belonging to any country with different kinds of governments will have these rights and freedoms.
Refugees should be respected to have rights and the same respect we get as Americans. As America, we are known for having rights for everyone.
When refugees are coming here they are coming here for a new beginning, their home country might be in war. Or they just need new opportunities and
are getting no respect. Refugees should not get disrespected from Americans because they're just trying to get opportunities. Refugees can offer a lot to
our economy. People think refugees are considered an economic burden for the countries

What Would A Satisfactory Moral Theory Be Like?
In James Rachels' book, The Elements of Moral Philosophy, he expresses ideas within the concluding chapter, "What Would a Satisfactory Moral
Theory be like?" that lay an silhouette of every moral approach we have discussed so far and compounding it into a final discussion with a couple of
final contentions towards a comprehensive understanding of morality and the approaches we can make as moral guides to make decisions that are
virtuous for each class without exception. Rachels' gives thoughtful perspective on all subjects that we have learned about and makes final
accumulations for the way we can decide to use these for our own benefit. While then expressing the virtues we must value for ourselves to have a
best plan, and the ways our choices can help others in a positive aspect....show more content...
Our natural state within the universe when compared to the scale of history is extremely insignificant, and arises the fluid thought that our complete
conscious existence relies on evolutionary accidents. It becomes clear with time that our knowledge of ourselves as a population of species compared
to any other mammals is quite significant but yet completely detrimental to the health of our universe. We must be able as humans to grasp these
concepts and particularly build a world better suited for future figures to give philosophical thoughts and aspects as the human race continues to
develop. There is a shortcoming with our behavior, as Rachels describes, that if an action would help satisfy our own self–interest, than we see the
most reason to perform such tasks. This leaves us prone to being selfish and to sometimes hold interests out of other people's version of acceptable
behavior. Rachels signifies that all people do not have to follow any one true combination of morals, ethics, or

Failure is the step towards success. Do you agree?
It is often assumed that failure is a deterrent to achievement. Rather, failure should be seen as a motivator for a person to keep trying until the
objective or aim of a particular mission is fulfilled. Failure often times leads a person to feel helpless, disappointed and depressed. However, one should
not allow this to set them back in trying to achieve the ultimate aim one has set out to do. Failure in the beginning can often be a powerful incentive to
reassess one's position in wanting to achieve the particular aims; to analyse whether the purpose is worth the trouble the person has to undergo and the
whether the obstacles are surmountable. Practical and...show more content...
Another disadvantage of being an only is that he lacks companionship. He has no brother or sister to confide in. Growing up as an only child can
be very lonely. If you have siblings you will have to share everything, so you get less; but you also get less of the bad things. Siblings can support
and comfort each in times of trouble. The elder siblings learn to care for the younger ones and the younger ones learn to respect their elder siblings
and have someone to look up to besides their parents. You are more balanced person than an only child. Another advantage of having siblings is that
your parents' attention is divided among your siblings. As a result, there is less pressure on you to perform well, be it academically or in other areas.
Having siblings also means that you have companionship, the joy of caring and sharing, and security. I, personally, am happy that I am not an only child.
Students should not take up part time jobs. Discuss.
Nowadays, students love to have part–time jobs. Their parents approve it easily as they are said to gain experience from working. However, having a
job is a big responsibility for a student. Before, teenagers at their age were working to help their family because of poverty. Nevertheless, they were
actually eager to study and learn at school for their future. It was not the same as the teenagers nowadays where they are more likely competing to
each other to have a job. Most of the

World War One Argumentative Essay
World War One was regarded as an unnecessary and useless killing spree, where over billions of people gave their lives, only to gain a few km of
overall land. World War One may have been one of the most horrible events in world history, but it was also a huge turning point for everyone on
earth, and women were some that got impacted the most. They were finally viewed as legal persons, and many got recognized for their valuable
contribution to the war efforts. Without them at our side to aid us, the world war could have ended any decency left in our world. Even with all the
death and destruction, if WW 1 had not occurred, much of the world would not have the advantages that they have today. One of the most important
changes that happened after WW 1 was the ending of most women's suffrage, granting women...show more content...
When the war started, most of the fit and strong men were recruited to join the army. With a lot of the men gone across the sea, the only reliable
workforce was women, and not just for going to earn money. They filled workshops and factories and worked very hard, but at the same time, they
were also the only ones who could take care of the children back at home. Another important thing was that because most fathers and sons were
gone, they were going to need lots of food to survive. The problem with that is a lot of the soldiers were from farms, where men were more fit from
all the farming. But now, the only people working on the farms were the mothers, little boys, and sometimes even daughters, who not only have to
take care of the farm on their own but have to work much harder to be able to meet the needs of the government for the soldiers. The war was a
significant turn of events in history, and many women benefited from that turn. Now, women are viewed as equal to men and given equal rights and

Argumentative Essay On Pop Culture
Welcome back returning readers, and also to those venturing into uncharted waters. From what I'm told, my writing can be an acquired taste. People
have different points of view. Accounts on the time of day, and what the topic is. Pertaining to myself, I try to offer a variety of topics. Most fitting
under the pop culture umbrella. I'm an individual and not into group think. Am capable of drawing my own conclusion. Alternative medicine is some
serious shit. Cannabis may not be a cure all, but it sure can compliment, or help alter what the average person takes while under a doctor's care. Why
risk being treated for one thing, while the sides of that very same medicine that make you better, cause your premature death?
The last published write up I authored was just days ago for a classic rock 24/7 Internet station: Classic Rock Radio (UK). Doing this for five years
now. My official title is; American Correspondent. The newest article was all about; Dick. For those interested, the piece can be found doing a simple
Internet search. Just cut and paste the following into any Internet search engine:
Gary "Uncle G" Brown – Dick
That should do it. Only the Lord knows what will pop up. I've since received praise and good news regarding that review. The station informed me
that I'm drawing in more female readers than usual. Very cool. I considered it a happy ending for the day, as I was just getting ready to retire to bed
for the evening when I found out. I don't want to get

Argumentative Essay On Creativity
The Creativity Epidemic Most would agree that the technological advances today have caused this generation to become crippled in their creativity.
The lack of face–to–face communication has severely damaged this generations ability to separate text–speech from formal speeches. Being born in a
generation were technology is only at it's peak, it's hard to separate yourself from the tech–savvy world. As stated in the article The Creativity Crisis by
Po Bronson and Ashley Merryman the accepted definition of creativity is production of something original and useful, and that's what's reflected in the
tests. There is never one right answer. To be creative requires divergent thinking (generating many unique ideas) and then convergent thinking
(combining those ideas into the best result). When most think of technology you only see the advances made, the achievements fulfilled and the key
factor it plays in our society today, for example as in The Limits to Creativity in Education: Dilemmas for the Educator It argues that the notion of
creativity may be value– and culture–specific and that this poses the so–called liberal educator with various dilemmas of principle and pedagogy, which
are explored (Anna Craft 1). In other words, technology is a blessing seeing all the doors its opened for us in the short amount of time its been here.
But it's also a curse. In retrospect others might argue that technology helps open the door to a child's imagination. As stated in The Pros and Cons of
Technology by Amanda Ronan on January 16, 2017; Technology gives children the ability to learn in ways their parents and grandparents never had.
Today's learners have immediate access to answers and research. Yet, that immediate access is changing the way students think about work and how
they feel emotionally (Amanda Ronan). This significant emotional change is centered around the deprivation on other social outlets. The youth of
today's social and educational status is complete centered around where they rank in the chain of technological coherency. Seeing how tablets and
computers are replacing textbooks due to everything being encrypted into software anyone that hasn't evolved is sure to be left behind in a stone age of
their own.

Where people used to walk around in professional suits, and teens in polo shirts and slacks, you now see pants exposing underwear and showy
clothing. Fashion industry has designed a "perfect body" that everyone wants. This in turn gives a bad self–image on our teens and adolescents. Of
course, companies like Dove have started "real people" ads which feature thee "average" person. But that's only a few companies, we need all of them
to make a point. We can not stand for people walking about thinking that theey have to be a size 0 or super "buff".
Another issue of today's society is technology. Yes, it has brought upon great medical and security advancements, but it has also brought a new type
of terror. Cyberbullying is a major issue among today's people. Cyberbullying is where someone terrorizes and bullies someone else online, where
theey can have an anonymous presence and won't get persecuted. More thean one in every theree teens have been bullied online. In thee year 1950,

Arguments In 12 Angry Men
The Arguments of 12 Angry Men In the film 12 Angry Men (1957), directed by Sidney Lumet, is a film about a group of 12 jurors on a murder
case. As the beginning of the film begins, the men are seen entering the deliberation room to come to a consensus on the case that was assigned. In
the case, a young juvenile is being tried for the murder of his own father. If he is found guilty, the boy will be sent to the chair and will die by
execution. If he is found not guilty then he will live. As the 12 jurors all sit down to make a beginning vote (aiming to create a unanimous consensus),
only one of the men votes that the defendant is not guilty of the presented charges. Juror #8, the opposition to everyone, believes that there is

The argument started out with juror #8 stating that he didn't know if the kid was guilty or not, he just believed that there were a lot of holes in the
case that would lead him to believe there is reasonable doubt in the conviction. Though this seemed like a weak argument, there were many different
key points that were made to undermine the original argument. Jumping from one fact to the next, juror #8 eventually persuaded the entire group to
change their vote to not guilty. Juror #8, when presenting the various portions of his argument, always remains calm, as well as the other men who
eventually join his side. Juror #4, though on the original position, actually provides a lot of this logical approach. He admits that the opposition makes
sense and when the argument overrides his, he admits he is wrong and changes his vote. This type of argument, when proven with ethos and pathos, is
successful and will gain logical support to win the overall

Argumentative Essay On Memorials
Memorializing events in the history of the world for any purpose has it's positives as well as the negatives. Ranging from a memorial of a popular
United States president from a loved one of a family, memorials have generally served as a purpose of remembrance from the past of said event. The
purpose of the memorial is usually associated with a positive, uplifting feeling towards the deceased individual or past event. While this is more or
less simply defining what memorials are for, what is the meaning behind them? What purpose do they serve besides the simplicity that they are?
Important messages from a few varied sources will give a differing viewpoint on memorials from one to another. The first thought of memorials is the

Memorials are meant to be striking in the sense that you will notice said memorial and donate some attention to it. The views of these see this attention
capturing as exceedingly high for some purposes. Some memorials are outstanding in their craftsmanship and aesthetics. This makes people wonder
what could be lurking inside the memorial, or what is near that memorial. What we've got here is a formula, striking looks of the monument is almost
guaranteed to attract some form of attention. According to Source G, the analogy of tainting the planet with specific memorials are ridiculous, "I
imagined taking a knife and cutting into the earth, opening it up, an initial violence and pain that in time would heal. The grass would grow back, but
the initial cut would remain a pure flat surface in the earth with a polished, mirrored surface, much like the surface on a geode when you cut it and
polish the edge. The need for the names to be on the memorial would become the memorial; there was no need to embellish the design further. The
people and their names would allow everyone to respond and remember. The ideals of such nonsensical placements of the memorials are just irritable at

The Argument Of Arts And Culture
Culture is part of our everyday life; it can be anything from sports, food, clothing or even lifestyle. On the onset, the support of arts and culture should
not be limited to the cultural argument alone, as one cannot deny that arts and culture is important for the growth of society. Apart from the financial
aspect of a society, arts and culture go a long way towards making the society more holistic.
With this in mind, the author will firstly examine the two different approaches to arts and culture; namely cultural arguments as opposed to the creative
industries or economic arguments. Secondly, the author will discuss about why arts and culture should live on and be funded, without putting creative
industries approach towards it.
Throughout...show more content...
On the other hand, creative industry takes the view of economic boom of creative work such in any type of industry. "Creative industries were defined
as those activities which have their origin in individual creativity, skill and talent and which have the potential for wealth and job creation through the
generation and exploitation of intellectual property" (DCMS, 1998) (Quoted from Ozga, Seddon, Popkewitz, 2006)
As Paul Keating suggests,
"This cultural policy is also an economic policy. Culture creates wealth. Broadly defined, our cultural industries generate 13 billion dollars a year.
Culture [employs and] adds value; it makes an essential contribution to innovation, marketing and design. It is a badge of our industry. The level of our
creativity substantially determines our ability to adapt to new economic imperatives. It is a valuable export in itself and an essential accompaniment to
the export of other commodities. It attracts tourists and students. It is essential to our economic success." (Paul Keating,

Argumentative Essay On Identity Politics
Identity politics is defined as 'a tendency for people of a particular religion, race, social background, etc., to form exclusive political alliances, moving
away from traditional broad–based party politics.' In simpler terms, identity politics promotes the idea of political issues to be solved from a point of
interest based on a personal factor rather than their initial political siding. This form of dealing with issues has particularly been active recently with the
likes of Trump's presidential win and the uprising of issues surrounding race, gender and sexuality. Although I have found it to be more commonly
upheld in the United States, Australia is not foreign to this concept as multiple instances including the 'Changing of Australia Day' and the 'Same–sex
Marriage Debate' has brought forward the interests of groups based on characteristic rather than political siding.
However, today I will be arguing against this concept as a suitable method of dealing with issues as I believe that identity politics encourages
segregation in society. I will let you know that I am not against the concept of identity politics as a whole because there are benefits from the idea.
But I am against how it has been executed since it encourages division based on personal factors, dismisses individualism in situations and promotes
the idea of only being able to contribute towards an issue if part of a specific group.
As we approach the celebration of Halloween at the end of this month, the

Concentration Camps Argumentative Essay

  • 1. Concentration Camps Argumentative Essay One day there was a girl name Caroline, and Andrew her brother , and their mom and dad. When they got a big letter that said on the front of the envelope it had to say Concentration Camps on it there, mom said "why" The next day Andrew had to leave to go to the Concentration Camps and when Caroline thought of a really good idea for all of them to go to the Concentration Camps together. They would try to escape all together and they would have as much freedom as when they were happy and could go outside, go to the beach and they couldn't do that and more because they were Jewish so they had to say inside all of the time and so they had to stick together. "Mom i'm scared" said Caroline and Andrew. "We all are you guys, we don't know what's Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 2. In order to have a good argumentative essay, there are a few important standards of critical thinking that is needed to be found in the essay such as the clearness, accuracy, importance or relevance, sufficiency, depth, breath and precision that is stated by Nosich. The strength of this argumentative essay is consider weak because it does not capture the interest of the reader and was not persuasive enough; even though from the introduction of the argumentative essay includes full sentences and a good opinion, the argumentative essay is all objective. The introduction includes too much of the emotional appeals, such as when it wrote " Day after day the number of people worshipping this icon has been growing since the birth of this creature. well to many it may seem harmless idol but in my opinion, Mickey Mouse is an 'devil in disguise' influencing the minds of young and old people to adopt the culture of the 'devil' which doesn't blend will with the moral values of society and should be banned". To improve the introduction, the writer should include of all objectives statements relative facts and appeals to the mind of people who agree or disagree with the topic. • 3. Argumentative Essay Childish I 've never really liked to read. I don 't find interest in things that can't happen, especially if they 're supposed to represent a time in life that i 'm supposed to go through. It 's like those books about High School, you know the ones that say you 're supposed to have the best times of your life and meet the perfect guy or girl and go to prom and be prom queen and get married to your High School sweetheart. Those things don 't just happen. Regardless of how much reading made my blood boil my mom always made me read one or two books a week. Now this was in preschool and kindergarten and sometimes she would actually read to me. The first book I ever remember reading was a math book and right after I attempted to read it my mom told me to stop because the letters were getting mixed up in my head. So that day we went to an eye doctor turns out I couldn 't read because I couldn 't see properly. So after that mom told me that I just needed to try. I started reading books like "The Rainbow Fish" and "I'll love you forever" if you don 't know what those books are you didn 't have a childhood. I ended up reading those books constantly and ended up surprising my mom that I could read them so well, it 's really just because I memorized them; but I mean she was happy so I didn 't mind. The first book review assignment that I remember was in fourth grade. I was at private christian school kid and everything was really strict. The book that was assigned was Johnny Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 4. Argumentative Essay On Genesis Genesis Justin Bennett If ten bystanders were to witness the same crime, how many different interpretations of the scene would there be? All the opinions and viewpoints that arise from one scenario are very dependant on different variables. The same can be applied when analyzing the book of Genesis. One controversial topic is whether to take it literally or figuratively. Some of the different arguments supporting and opposing either side include; the original beliefs of the interpreter, the historical time frame, the different genres of writing in the book, and more. There are many perceptions of the book of Genesis being literal or figurative. The Bible was originally written in Hebrew by a series of many authors around the time of 1450–1410 BC (Holy Bible, Scofield). Moses who wrote Genesis, supposedly received direct information from God himself about how the world and man were created. This is the first point of interpretation because there is a need to have blind faith in Moses. There are many stories in Genesis that seem absurd and hard to believe really happened, unless you are someone who believes in the power of God and has this blind faith. For example, God gives Adam and Eve a garden and says not to take the fruit from one tree and when they eat the fruit from that tree, God punishes them, "Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life" (1:17, Gen). • 5. Argumentative Essay On Refugees Refugee Argument What do you think about refugees entering our country? Do you think that they should have rights the same as us? How do you think refugees help are U.S economy? Do you think they can us helpful information to keep this country safe? Giving rights and opportunities to everyone is what the U.S is what should be known for. Imagine you're a refugee and you're hopeless what would you think? You're fighting to get rights, you're trying your best to pay your bills and being the best citizen you can be, but your experiences from your past life keep haunting you. You're just trying to start over just trying to be like the rest. But still getting disrespected by your peers. TheUnited States Should accept refugees giving them equal rights. They can give us helpful information, help the U.S economy. The Universal Declaration ofHuman Rights is a declaration adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on December 10, 1948, in Paris, France. It was written shortly after World War II. The atrocities committed by Nazi Germany during the Holocaust shocked the world. It pushed countries to develop a set of standards and protections on how to treat their fellow humans. It declares that human rights are given to all people, no matter who they are or where they live according to Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Meaning everyone of any race, color, gender, language, religion, national or social origin, property or birth should have the rights and freedoms in this country. Therefore, people belonging to any country with different kinds of governments will have these rights and freedoms. Refugees should be respected to have rights and the same respect we get as Americans. As America, we are known for having rights for everyone. When refugees are coming here they are coming here for a new beginning, their home country might be in war. Or they just need new opportunities and are getting no respect. Refugees should not get disrespected from Americans because they're just trying to get opportunities. Refugees can offer a lot to our economy. People think refugees are considered an economic burden for the countries Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 6. What Would A Satisfactory Moral Theory Be Like? In James Rachels' book, The Elements of Moral Philosophy, he expresses ideas within the concluding chapter, "What Would a Satisfactory Moral Theory be like?" that lay an silhouette of every moral approach we have discussed so far and compounding it into a final discussion with a couple of final contentions towards a comprehensive understanding of morality and the approaches we can make as moral guides to make decisions that are virtuous for each class without exception. Rachels' gives thoughtful perspective on all subjects that we have learned about and makes final accumulations for the way we can decide to use these for our own benefit. While then expressing the virtues we must value for ourselves to have a best plan, and the ways our choices can help others in a positive aspect....show more content... Our natural state within the universe when compared to the scale of history is extremely insignificant, and arises the fluid thought that our complete conscious existence relies on evolutionary accidents. It becomes clear with time that our knowledge of ourselves as a population of species compared to any other mammals is quite significant but yet completely detrimental to the health of our universe. We must be able as humans to grasp these concepts and particularly build a world better suited for future figures to give philosophical thoughts and aspects as the human race continues to develop. There is a shortcoming with our behavior, as Rachels describes, that if an action would help satisfy our own self–interest, than we see the most reason to perform such tasks. This leaves us prone to being selfish and to sometimes hold interests out of other people's version of acceptable behavior. Rachels signifies that all people do not have to follow any one true combination of morals, ethics, or Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 7. Argumentative Essays Failure is the step towards success. Do you agree? It is often assumed that failure is a deterrent to achievement. Rather, failure should be seen as a motivator for a person to keep trying until the objective or aim of a particular mission is fulfilled. Failure often times leads a person to feel helpless, disappointed and depressed. However, one should not allow this to set them back in trying to achieve the ultimate aim one has set out to do. Failure in the beginning can often be a powerful incentive to reassess one's position in wanting to achieve the particular aims; to analyse whether the purpose is worth the trouble the person has to undergo and the whether the obstacles are surmountable. Practical and...show more content... Another disadvantage of being an only is that he lacks companionship. He has no brother or sister to confide in. Growing up as an only child can be very lonely. If you have siblings you will have to share everything, so you get less; but you also get less of the bad things. Siblings can support and comfort each in times of trouble. The elder siblings learn to care for the younger ones and the younger ones learn to respect their elder siblings and have someone to look up to besides their parents. You are more balanced person than an only child. Another advantage of having siblings is that your parents' attention is divided among your siblings. However, having a job is a big responsibility for a student. Before, teenagers at their age were working to help their family because of poverty. Nevertheless, they were actually eager to study and learn at school for their future. It was not the same as the teenagers nowadays where they are more likely competing to each other to have a job. Most of the Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 8. World War One Argumentative Essay World War One was regarded as an unnecessary and useless killing spree, where over billions of people gave their lives, only to gain a few km of overall land. World War One may have been one of the most horrible events in world history, but it was also a huge turning point for everyone on earth, and women were some that got impacted the most. They were finally viewed as legal persons, and many got recognized for their valuable contribution to the war efforts. Without them at our side to aid us, the world war could have ended any decency left in our world. Even with all the death and destruction, if WW 1 had not occurred, much of the world would not have the advantages that they have today. One of the most important changes that happened after WW 1 was the ending of most women's suffrage, granting women...show more content... When the war started, most of the fit and strong men were recruited to join the army. With a lot of the men gone across the sea, the only reliable workforce was women, and not just for going to earn money. They filled workshops and factories and worked very hard, but at the same time, they were also the only ones who could take care of the children back at home. Another important thing was that because most fathers and sons were gone, they were going to need lots of food to survive. The problem with that is a lot of the soldiers were from farms, where men were more fit from all the farming. But now, the only people working on the farms were the mothers, little boys, and sometimes even daughters, who not only have to take care of the farm on their own but have to work much harder to be able to meet the needs of the government for the soldiers. The war was a significant turn of events in history, and many women benefited from that turn. Now, women are viewed as equal to men and given equal rights and Get more content on HelpWriting.net

People have different points of view. Accounts on the time of day, and what the topic is. Pertaining to myself, I try to offer a variety of topics. Most fitting under the pop culture umbrella. I'm an individual and not into group think. Am capable of drawing my own conclusion. Alternative medicine is some serious shit. Cannabis may not be a cure all, but it sure can compliment, or help alter what the average person takes while under a doctor's care. Why risk being treated for one thing, while the sides of that very same medicine that make you better, cause your premature death? The last published write up I authored was just days ago for a classic rock 24/7 Internet station: Classic Rock Radio (UK). Doing this for five years now. My official title is; American Correspondent. The newest article was all about; Dick. For those interested, the piece can be found doing a simple Internet search. Just cut and paste the following into any Internet search engine: Gary "Uncle G" Brown – Dick That should do it. Only the Lord knows what will pop up. I've since received praise and good news regarding that review. The station informed me that I'm drawing in more female readers than usual. Very cool. • 12. Argumentative Essay On Creativity The Creativity Epidemic Most would agree that the technological advances today have caused this generation to become crippled in their creativity. The lack of face–to–face communication has severely damaged this generations ability to separate text–speech from formal speeches. Being born in a generation were technology is only at it's peak, it's hard to separate yourself from the tech–savvy world. As stated in the article The Creativity Crisis by Po Bronson and Ashley Merryman the accepted definition of creativity is production of something original and useful, and that's what's reflected in the tests. There is never one right answer. To be creative requires divergent thinking (generating many unique ideas) and then convergent thinking (combining those ideas into the best result). When most think of technology you only see the advances made, the achievements fulfilled and the key factor it plays in our society today, for example as in The Limits to Creativity in Education: Dilemmas for the Educator It argues that the notion of creativity may be value– and culture–specific and that this poses the so–called liberal educator with various dilemmas of principle and pedagogy, which are explored (Anna Craft 1). In other words, technology is a blessing seeing all the doors its opened for us in the short amount of time its been here. But it's also a curse. In retrospect others might argue that technology helps open the door to a child's imagination. As stated in The Pros and Cons of Technology by Amanda Ronan on January 16, 2017; Technology gives children the ability to learn in ways their parents and grandparents never had. Today's learners have immediate access to answers and research. Yet, that immediate access is changing the way students think about work and how they feel emotionally (Amanda Ronan). This significant emotional change is centered around the deprivation on other social outlets. The youth of today's social and educational status is complete centered around where they rank in the chain of technological coherency. Seeing how tablets and computers are replacing textbooks due to everything being encrypted into software anyone that hasn't evolved is sure to be left behind in a stone age of their own. As the beginning of the film begins, the men are seen entering the deliberation room to come to a consensus on the case that was assigned. In the case, a young juvenile is being tried for the murder of his own father. If he is found guilty, the boy will be sent to the chair and will die by execution. If he is found not guilty then he will live. The argument started out with juror #8 stating that he didn't know if the kid was guilty or not, he just believed that there were a lot of holes in the case that would lead him to believe there is reasonable doubt in the conviction. Though this seemed like a weak argument, there were many different key points that were made to undermine the original argument. Jumping from one fact to the next, juror #8 eventually persuaded the entire group to change their vote to not guilty. Juror #8, when presenting the various portions of his argument, always remains calm, as well as the other men who eventually join his side. Juror #4, though on the original position, actually provides a lot of this logical approach. He admits that the opposition makes sense and when the argument overrides his, he admits he is wrong and changes his vote. Ranging from a memorial of a popular United States president from a loved one of a family, memorials have generally served as a purpose of remembrance from the past of said event. The purpose of the memorial is usually associated with a positive, uplifting feeling towards the deceased individual or past event. While this is more or less simply defining what memorials are for, what is the meaning behind them? What purpose do they serve besides the simplicity that they are? Memorials are meant to be striking in the sense that you will notice said memorial and donate some attention to it. The views of these see this attention capturing as exceedingly high for some purposes. Some memorials are outstanding in their craftsmanship and aesthetics. This makes people wonder what could be lurking inside the memorial, or what is near that memorial. What we've got here is a formula, striking looks of the monument is almost guaranteed to attract some form of attention. According to Source G, the analogy of tainting the planet with specific memorials are ridiculous, "I imagined taking a knife and cutting into the earth, opening it up, an initial violence and pain that in time would heal. The grass would grow back, but the initial cut would remain a pure flat surface in the earth with a polished, mirrored surface, much like the surface on a geode when you cut it and polish the edge. The need for the names to be on the memorial would become the memorial; there was no need to embellish the design further. The people and their names would allow everyone to respond and remember. On the onset, the support of arts and culture should not be limited to the cultural argument alone, as one cannot deny that arts and culture is important for the growth of society. Apart from the financial aspect of a society, arts and culture go a long way towards making the society more holistic. With this in mind, the author will firstly examine the two different approaches to arts and culture; namely cultural arguments as opposed to the creative industries or economic arguments.
