To Whom it May Concern:
This letter is to advise that Michael Boggs has been employed by DAP Inc. from May 10, 1993
to the present.
While employed here at DAP he was assigned to a project team responsible for the development
of an Incentives Program for the Technical Center. As a member of this team, he was appointed
team leader. The objective of the project team was to recommend a program that would allow
recognition and reward for ideas that would benefit the company.
As a team leader, Mr. Boggs was required to provide direction to the team, work with
Department Heads and other members of the Technical Center. The team was also required to
prepare a document which would be reviewed for program introduction. The document was to
contain the methodology for program maintenance and the reward structure. Mr. Boggs
demonstrated his abilities and skill, as the project was completed within a minimum length of
time and with minimal problems.
Finally, let me add my personal assessment. Mr. Boggs addressed this
intelligence and kept the goals and objectives in the proper perspective.
