Claudia Hofmann works as Director, Talent &
Learning for Accor / FRHI Hotels & Resorts
Europe, ensuring that learning and development
is ongoing for 4500++ colleagues.
Hospitality is her passion! She worked 20 years
in Operations and 13 years in Human
Resources, in 7 different countries in 4 different
continents.
Her passion is driven by the complexity of
leadership hence her MA, Creative Leadership
with the Regent University, UK – 2016. Her
experience for leadership and employee
engagement has made her a valuable coach of
many executives.
She is currently preparing her 1st TEDtalk for
January, 2017
