Jab Harry Met Sejal is an upcoming Indian romantic
comedy film written and directed by Imtiaz Ali. It
features Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma in
the lead roles.This film marks the third collaboration
between Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma
after Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi (2008) and Jab Tak
Hai Jaan (2012). Pre-production of the film had
begun in April 2015 and principal photography

Story :
MOM is the story of Devaki
(Sridevi) who leads a pleasant
life with her family: her husband
and two daughters. One of her
daughters disowns her as she is
her stepdaughter, which leaves
Devaki disappointed. One of
her daughters gets gang-raped
brutally and no justice will be
done after approaching the
court. The rest of the film is all
about how Devika takes revenge
herself without the notice of
anyone. Watch MOM to know

Analysis :
MOM starts on an interesting note
and it is the gripping narration that
drives the film. Some of the court
episodes and the performances
by the lead actors make the film
convincing. Some of the emotional
episodes are heart touching and
they will sure make a massive
impact. However on the flipside, the
plot looks quite outdated and some
of the episodes have been shot
under the bar.
The second half of MOM too has
been interesting but it dips down
at several parts. The crime scenes
and the investigation episodes
bring lot of interest among the
audience. Some of the episodes in
the second half turn predictable and
the pre-climax episodes turn out
interesting again. On the whole the
second half of MOM has been ok
and it should have been dealt better
in many aspects.
Final Word:
MOM has been impressive at parts
and Sridevi tops the show with her
flawless performance throughout

Story :
Jagga Jasoos is the story of
Jagga (Ranbir Kapoor) who is
an orphan from birth and lives
in a hospital. A man with broken
leg lands in the hospital and he
adopts Jagga after which he
takes to his place. However he
mysteriously disappears from
Jagga’s life after he admits him in
a boarding school. The grown up
Jagga helps cops in solving many
interesting cases. Shruti (Katrina
Kaif) is a school teacher who
narrates Jagga’s stories to kids,
The rest of the film is all about the
relationship between Jagga and
Shruti, how Jagga manages to find
his adopted father. Watch Jagga
Jasoos to know about the rest.
Analysis :
Jagga Jasoos is one film which
has been impressive in each and
every frame. Right from the start,
Jagga Jasoos looks beautiful and
presented well. However the movie
looks dragged several times and
the slow narration may not appeal
to all the sections of the audience.
However the brilliant performances
along with the stupendous technical
values makes Jagga Jasoos top
notch. The perfect interval bang
makes the first half engaging and
entertaining.
The second half of the film too
has been slow in pace and has
strong emotional episodes. Ranbir
Kapoor and Katrina Kaif make the
film connect emotionally with the
audience because of their loud and
subtle performances. The emotional
bonding between a father and
his son has been portrayed well
on screen. The climax has been
thoroughly entertaining and on the
whole, the second half of Jagga
Jasoos looks decent but it will sure
not appeal to all the sections of
audiences.

Story :
Ninnu Kori is the story of Uma
Maheswara Rao (Nani) who
is a PhD student in Vizag. He
meets Pallavi (Nivetha Thomas)
accidentally, after which the duo
falls in love. By the time Pallavi
wants to get married to Uma, he
feels that’s an early decision.
As time passes, Pallavi gets
married to Arun (Aadi Pinisetty)
and shifts to USA. It is during
this time Uma gets back into
their life and the rest of Ninnu
Kori is all about what happens
next. Watch the film to know
about it.
Analysis :
Nani’s success streak continues with
Ninnu Kori and the film is the seventh
hit of the actor in a row. The actor
impresses the audience big time and
he carries the film on his shoulders. His
comic timing is once again a huge plus
for the movie. Nivetha Thomas is sure
one among the most talented actresses
of this generation. Aadi Pinisetty is
sure one actor who has been choosing
interesting roles and Ninnu Kori is
one among them. Murali Sharma
and Prudhvi have been completely
promising in their supporting roles.
Ninnu Kori has an interesting plot and
it is the screenplay, dialogues that
take the film to the next level. Written
with conviction, Shiva Nirvana does
his work with dedication and will sure
make it to the list of top directors soon.
The music and the background score
have been apt and they elevated the
film well. The cinematography is an
asset and the film has some of the
finest visuals. The production values
have been grand and the performances
take the film to the next level.

Story :
Fidaa is the story of Varun (Varuntej)
who resides in USA along with his
brother (Raja). His brother gets
married to Sharanya during which
Varun meets Bhanumathi (Sai
Pallavi) who is a village based
educated girl. Varun gets impressed
to Bhanumathi bigtime however he
has dreams of making it big in USA.
Bhanumathi always loves to stay in
the village along with her father (Sai
Chand). Varun struggles after Bhanu
rejects him and the rest of the film
is how he manages to convince her
and wins his love. Watch Fidaa to
know about the complete movie.
Analysis :
The first half of Fidaa has been
extremely impressive right from
the first frame. The film has been
racy, fresh, loaded with loads of
entertainment and it has been shot
across beautiful locales. Sai Pallavi
takes the lead and impresses
the audience bigtime with her
performance alone. The songs have

and the narration has been pleasant.
With an interesting interval episode,
the first half of Fidaa impresses the

ways.
The second half of the film fails
to live up the expectations. The
first half an hour of the movie has
been utterly wasted and makes
no difference. The movie picks

narration fails to make much impact
across the audience. The climax

Jagga Jasoos (English: Detective Jagga) is
a 2017 Indian mystery musical adventure
romantic comedy film written and directed
by Anurag Basu, and produced by Basu and
Ranbir Kapoor. The film features Ranbir
Kapoor and Katrina Kaif in lead roles, and
tells the story of a teenage detective in
search of his missing father.

The story of Jagga Jasoos
evolves around the infamous
high profile case of Purulia
Arms Drop, which took place
in the year 1995 allegedly
to overthrow the then
Communist Government
of West Bengal, India.
Jagga (Ranbir Kapoor),
a curious and shy young
boy in a quaint little town
lives a happy life with his
accident-prone father, Bagchi
(Saswata Chatterjee). After
admitting Jagga into a
boarding school, his father
suddenly disappears. Feeling
abandoned, Jagga's only
contact with his father is a
VHS tape that he receives
in the mail every year on his
birthday. Armed with sharp
detective skills, Jagga sets
out to solve the mystery of
his missing parent. Along
the way, he finds a partner
in Shruti (Katrina Kaif), an
accident-prone journalist with
her own international criminal
case to solve. Using a few
tricks he learnt from Bagchi,
with Shruti embark on a
mission to uncover details
of his father's mysterious life
and finds himself embroiled
in a worldwide smuggling
racket.
Filming took place in Cape
Town, South Africa. Reports
from Cape Town were that
the real-world romance of
leads Ranbir Kapoor and
Katrina Kaif and occasional
arguments between the
two caused some delays
and resulted in scenes not
having the impact intended
by director Anurag Basu.
By March 20, 2014, the
director had completed
20 days of filming with his
leads and, being unhappy
with initial efforts by actor
Ranbir Kapoor, intends to
use the additional schedule
time to re-shoot some
scenes. Kapoor has been
simultaneously shooting
for Anurag Kashyap's
Bombay Velvet and Imtiaz
Ali's Tamasha. The director
explained, "We've to shoot

completed one schedule.
Now we'll go into a lengthy
schedule from August. By the
end of the year the shooting
would be complete." On
October 21, 2014, the team
started filming in Thailand.
On April 20, 2016, they filmed
in Darjeeling. Ravi Varman is
the Director of Photography.
The film was also shot in
Morocco.
The film was originally
planned to release on
November 27, 2016, but due
to conflicting commitments
by the lead actors, the film's
release date was pushed to
April 2017. Then the director
called back Ranbir and
Katrina for re-shooting of
some scenes on the set and
the film is once again pushed
to release on July 14, 2017.
Made on a budget of Rs 110
crores, the film fell flat and
struggled to mint money in
its opening week. All the
buyers ended up in hefty
losses. However Ranbir's
performance has been widely
appreciated by the audience.

Sensible filmmaker Sekhar Kammula is one
of the finest directors Telugu cinema has.
Unfortunately, his recent outings failed
to make much impact and now he is making
his comeback with Fidaa.

Here is an exclusive
interview with the
filmmaker:
What went wrong with your
last film Anamika?
I was affected the issue of
Nirbhaya and I was going to
many colleges to motivate
students. Each and every
filmmaker is disturbed by
certain aspects. Nirbhaya
was one such incident that
made a deep impact on me.
That’s when I got an offer
to remake Kahani. It was a
woman centric film. That’s the
reason why I removed pillow-
faking aspect in climax. I didn’t
want to show my heroine as a
vulnerable character. After the
release, I realised that my fans
doesn’t want such films from
me. As a filmmaker, I thought
that it was an obligation to
make a woman-centric film
like Anamika.
How did Fidaa happen?
After Anamika, I decided to
get back to romantic genre
where my strength lies. I
always wanted to do a film
with USA backdrop. Dil Raju
wanted to make a film with me
and he suggested the name of
Varun Tej. That’s how Fidaa
happened.
How is it like shooting in
USA?
I thought that it would be
a cakewalk to do a film in
USA with the connections I
have. But, I had to struggle
at the beginning. I have to
thank a lot of people who
volunteered to help us out
with logistics. The second
USA camera unit has done
a splending job. There are
lots of Telugu families in the
neighborhood we shot at.
Nobody complained about
sound of generator. They also
supplied props.
What are the unique aspects
of Fidaa?
Youngsters and progressive
girls connect with Fidaa very
well. The following factors will
help the movie
1. Telangana backdrop. It’s a
tribute to Telangana villages.
2. Happy & chirpy love story.
3. Women
What’s the reason for casting
Sai Pallavi?
I haven’t seen Malayalam
Premam yet. I liked Sai
Pallavi’s performance in Dhee
dance program. I wanted to
cast her in Life is Beautiful.
Her mother told me that Sai
Pallavi can’t do it as she
was going to Russia to study
medicine. She did Premam
during vacation. I thought
she is the right choice for
Fidaa as she is a full time
actress now. I asked for an
audition for Fidaa and she
impressed me a lot. She has
dubbed on her own. She
understands the nuances of
Telangana dialect now. She
is an exceptional talent.
Varun Tej has also surprised
me. He has matched her
performance. His character
is subtle, yet lovable. He can
speak with eyes.
Tell us about Dil Raju.
What’s his contribution to
the movie?

He is a very good producer. He
also told me that Fidaa works only
if it’s made in my style. Hence, he
made sure that he didn’t involve in
creative aspect. He came to shoot
for only a couple of times. He
suggested a couple of changes
at editing table from audience's
perspective and I implement them.
How well is the film accepted?
Fidaa has been exceptional all
over and it is minting huge money
all over. Fidaa is the best work of
mine till date.
What’s your favorite song?
Oosu Podhu song is my favorite.
This song will become an anthem
song for youth after release.
Vachinde song is being played
in mehandi functions now. Hey
Pillagada has a terrific recall value.
What’s your next project?
I have a few ideas that suit stars
as well as newcomers. I am
working on them currently.shaped
up and he thanked the audience
for making the film a massive hit.
He also said that Oopiri will be a
platform for many new and fresh
films to be made in Tollywood
and the success of the movie has
given new energy for the entire
team and for the makers.

Priyanka Chopra
Actress Priyanka Chopra on
Friday refused to confirm if she
was co-producing a TV series with
Madhuri Dixit-Nene. However,
she said she has been working on
developing a lot of content. There
were reports that Priyanka was co-
producing an American TV show
along with Madhuri which would
air on ABC channel. When asked
about it, Priyanka told reporters, “I
am developing a lot of things, as
soon as I finalise something, I will
definitely share it with you all (but)
nothing is finalised yet.

Bollywood’s heartthrob Shah Rukh Khan,who plays a
tourist guide in Imtiaz Ali’s Jab Harry Met Sejal, received
an honorary membership of Jodhpur Tourist Guide
Association in Jodhpur, today. The 51-year-old was in
Jaipur to promote his film but he took a detour and visited
Jodhpur to receive the honour. The Jodhpur Guide
Association felicitated Shah Rukh with a membership
and badge as a token to mark the association.

If you remember, we had you told that
Aanand L Rai had wanted to work with
Salman Khan first in the dwarf movie that
he is making with Shah Rukh Khan now.
But turns out that wasn’t the first movie
that the Tubelight star was offered which
required him to play a vertically challenged
guy. Back in the ’90s, when there was no
one as handsome as him, Salman was
offered a similar role and he had turned it
down. Grapevine suggests the reason that
prompted this action from him was that he
didn’t feel he should do a role of such nature.

Ileana D'Cruz is an Indian film actress, who
predominantly appears in Telugu cinema and
Bollywood. She won the Filmfare Award for Best
Female Debut – South for the 2006 Telugu film
