STEP 7 Click “Submit.”

6. Dig Deeper: ForumSettings
Often students post their thread or response in
Discussion Forum based on other students’ post
without carefully reading through the course
materials or taking time to create their own ideas.
To prevent this misconduct, you can restrict the
viewing of other threads before posting their own
using “Forum Settings.”

Do you want to directly grade student participation
in Discussion Forum?
You can set up the grading function in “Forum
Settings” using “Grade.”

Changethe default “No Grading in Forum” to “GradeDiscussion
