Head Banquet Manager August 2014 - Present
Event Planning Professional, responsible for overall banquet function, ensuring delivery of a world class
banquet experience. Supervise a staff of 30 individuals, responsible for coordination of all requests
between banquet and kitchen staff. Utilize Staffmates program to ensure proper scheduling and assist
with staff evaluations. Ensures all meetings and banquets are properly set to guest specifications and
standards within acceptable time frames. Oversight and day of coordination of week-long corporate
events, holiday parties, and weddings. Responsible for conducting final meetings with clients and sales
associate to ensure all small details are noted.

Oversight of back of the house - responsible for the courtesy, efficiency and competency of banquet
servers and bussers during a function. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely execution of event
