10. Recommendation and conclusion
• I believe this is an idea the corporation can do some research on.
Dynamic Yield program is still at its infancy and there is room for
R&D, DY has a lot of prospects and if properly integrated into the
corporation BI practices we can say McDonalds is really prepared for
the 4th industrial revolution.
• Since the corporation is really concerned about customers experience,
this idea would go a long way to show how involved they are with the
customers , by not just selling food to them or creating an avenue where
they can select their own choice of meals (i.e. using Made for you
system ), but also recommending personalized healthy dietary menus
that suits customer’s health and fitness needs.
