Chuck worked for me a short while at Blue Cross as a NOC Analyst within our Network
Operations Center. While assigned to this role, Chuck’s primary responsibilities
included:
- Level II incident response/coordination
- Administration of CA EHealth for device/component utilization reporting
o Daily/weekly/monthly reports
o Ad-hoc reports based on system activity
- Primary coordinator for migration project as relates to SNMP changes on
applicable devices (coordination of these changes across multiple support groups)
Chuck enjoys technology, learns it very quickly and is very motivated to achieve results.
Chuck’s efforts with regards to EHealth and our SNMP monitoring were very
instrumental in us reaching our goal of migrating a subset of our devices to our new
monitoring solutions and meeting tight timelines we had in mind for completion.
