To
  Whom
  It
  May
  Concern:

This
  letter
  is
  written
  as
  a
  professional
  reference
  for
  Christopher
  Larson.
  I
  have
  known
  Chris
  since
  July

2014
  and
  began
  serving
  as
  his
  mentor
  in
  October
  2014.
  In
  the
  short
  time
  that
  I
  have
  worked
  with
  Chris,

he
  has
  impressed
  me
  as
  an
  individual
  with
  much
  to
  contribute
  to
  any
  organization.

I
  first
  met
  Chris
  when
  I
  joined
  the
  Rancho
  YMCA,
  where
  he
  is
  the
  Director
  of
  Aquatics.
  In
  his
  role,
  he
  is

responsible
  for
  daily
  operations
  of
  the
  Aquatics
  Program.
  Key
  to
  his
  role
  is
  the
  leadership
  of
  a
  team
  of

more
  than
  30
  individuals
  for
  whom
  he
  serves
  as
  a
  role
  model
  and
  mentor.
  Chris
  is
  a
  skilled
  program
  and

project
  manager
  who
  brings
  innovation
  and
  a
  team-‐oriented
  approach
  to
  his
  endeavors.
  He
  is
  culturally

sensitive
  and
  cognizant
  of
  the
  value
  of
  service
  to
  others.

In
  mentoring
  Chris,
  I
  have
  found
  him
  to
  be
  bright,
  insightful,
  and
  highly
  motivated.
  He
  is
  always
  asking

what
   more
   he
   can
   do
   to
   give
   back
   to
   his
   community.
   He
   values
   relationship
   building
   and
   strives
   to

improve
  what
  he
  can
  within
  his
  reach.

I
  trust
  that
  the
  information
  provided
  above
  will
  be
  of
  assistance
  and
  will
  be
  happy
  to
  provide
  further

information,
  if
  required.

Sincerely,
