Data Operations Tech Lead - NetProspex 2014-Present
Owned generation of monthly client content feeds and comprehensive reports concern-
ing incremental database content changes. Completed high level analysis of premium
content and provided recommendations resulting in reduced costs in acquisition and
maintenance of content. Implemented change and source control processes as well as
coding standards to reduce likelihood of escalations and time spent troubleshooting
and patching bugs. Responsible for compilation and deployment of new application
functionality developed by department at the completion of each Agile sprint. Lead
weekly continual education sessions on techniques for mining massive data sets and
potential integration into existing applications and infrastructure.
Technical Services Analyst - Epic Systems 2013-2014
Customer liaison responsible for the technical and long-term success of several hospitals
using Epic software. Served as project manager for these hospital’s successful reporting
and attestation to Meaningful Use. Developed and delivered new functionality based
on customer requests. Internally involved with creation of search algorithms to auto-
mate processes for conducting user experience optimization audits. Point person for
bi-directional infusion pump workflows and general medical device integration.
Mathematics Tutor and Grader 2010-2012
Successfully tutored approximately 50 students per semester in various math courses,
resulting in a deeper understanding of the subjects. Provided corrections, feedback
and suggestions for the students to reference when preparing for exams.
