Project Details
Galaxy application accommodates accounts and customers of three banks i.e., Lloyds TSB, Bank of Scotland and
Halifax under one common platform after merger of all these banks with the client, Lloyds Banking Group. The
application has front end testing, with all the phases like System Testing, System Integration Testing and UAT.
Various Functionalities are being tested for multiple platforms like Payments, Investments and Credit Cards etc.
Since the date it was formed, ample number of applications have been into production successfully with Integration
of different banking entities.
Galaxy Applications involved initiatives of Security, Sales, and Servicing Themes.

3. Role and Responsibilities
 Requirements study & Planning - Analyze and understand the functional requirement. Identify right
applications for automation.
 Interacting with functional testing team and get the test cases to be automated
 Analyzing test cases and sharing design efforts
 Responsible for design and execution of certain modules using QTP 9.5 and reporting incidents
 Making the framework customizations as per the changing requirements
 Responsible for designing tests for health check and sharing reports on daily basis.
 Preparing and sharing test data requests with a dedicated team with all the data requirements
 Perform communication and produce reports for testing efforts, results,activities, data, status and tracking.
 Communicate test progress,test results,and other relevant information to project stakeholders.
 Doing Proof of Concept (POC) for new applications.
 Calculating and sharing estimates for POC and automation.
