• Film yang ditayangkan adalah film klasik Indonesia 70-90an.
• Setiap bulan akan ada pemutaran satu film selama setahun.
• Kualitas film hasil restorasi dalam format digital 2K.
• Pemutaran terbatas pada CGV Cinema tertentu.
• Pemutaran hanya satu jam tayang pada Kamis-Minggu.
• Harga tiket Rp 30.000.

SWOT ANALYSIS
STRENGTHS
• Memperkuat brand positioning CGV sebagai "Evolving Beyond
Cultureplex Cinema."
• Mengajak penonton masa kini untuk melihat perkembangan
kondisi perfilman Indonesia.
• Memberikan sensasi nostalgia bagi penonton masa lalu.
• Mengajak orang untuk mencoba CGV Cinema.
• Memberikan keunikan tersendiri, karena CGV menjadi satu-
satunya bioskop komersil mau memutarkan film klasik.
WEAKNESSES
• Tempat pemutaran terlalu sedikit & jam pemutaran
tidak strategis.
• Kurangnya kepastian jadwal penayangan.
• Kejelasan timeline pelaksanaan sangat kurang.
Berhenti di tengah jalan?
• Penyebaran informasi VFF kurang, hanya di medsos
CGV saja.
OPPORTUNITIES
• Banyak film klasik yang direstorasi.
• Karena bermunculan film remake & reboot,
orang ingin tahu versi asli sebuah film.
• Trend vintage sedang populer belakangan ini.
THREATS
• Pemutaran film klasik ini berdekatan dengan tanggal
pemutaran film box office.
• Film klasik banyak diupload di internet & sering diputar
di televsi.
• Cinema 21 masih menjadi top of mind di benak penonton.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Mengadakan gala premiere setiap film VFF.
Mengundang komunitas nonton seperti
klub mahasiswa sinematografi, kumpulan kolektor film.
Terdapat dress code unik. Dapat dikategorikan 80an/90an.
Dapat pula sesuai genre. Misalnya pada Pengabdi Setan
menggunakan make up zombie.
Mengadakan Photobooth & Games Menarik
Games menebak adegan film & dubbing
dialog ala kamu.
Dapat berfoto ala adegan
paling memorable dalam film klasik.
Mendatangkan sutradara, produser dan aktor
yang memerankan film klasik tersebut.

Menggunakan influencer
untuk meningkatkan partisipasi.
Disarankan: sineas, aktor & mendikbud.
Menciptakan suasana CGV yang
berbeda-beda sesuai tema film. Contoh:

Suasana Mistis dengan kemenyan, kendi dan tengkorak.
Melanjutkan VFF di tahun 2019

• Jangan ragu memutarkan film VFF serentak di seluruh
bioskop CGV dengan jam pemutaran sebaiknya pada jam
strategis yaitu sekitar 19.00. Dengan kepastian scheduling .
• Pembuatan agenda pemutaran dengan jelas dan
menjalankan program secara konsisten.
• Memutar film hasil restorasi di CGV lebih dahulu, sebelum
tayang di Flik TV.

  • 9. WEAKNESSES • Tempat pemutaran terlalu sedikit & jam pemutaran tidak strategis. • Kurangnya kepastian jadwal penayangan. • Kejelasan timeline pelaksanaan sangat kurang. Berhenti di tengah jalan? • Penyebaran informasi VFF kurang, hanya di medsos CGV saja.

  • 11. THREATS • Pemutaran film klasik ini berdekatan dengan tanggal pemutaran film box office. • Film klasik banyak diupload di internet & sering diputar di televsi. • Cinema 21 masih menjadi top of mind di benak penonton.
  • 13. Mengadakan gala premiere setiap film VFF. Mengundang komunitas nonton seperti klub mahasiswa sinematografi, kumpulan kolektor film. Terdapat dress code unik. Dapat dikategorikan 80an/90an. Dapat pula sesuai genre. Misalnya pada Pengabdi Setan menggunakan make up zombie.
  • 14. Mengadakan Photobooth & Games Menarik Games menebak adegan film & dubbing dialog ala kamu. Dapat berfoto ala adegan paling memorable dalam film klasik.

  • 16. Menggunakan influencer untuk meningkatkan partisipasi. Disarankan: sineas, aktor & mendikbud.
  • 17. Menciptakan suasana CGV yang berbeda-beda sesuai tema film. Contoh: Titian Serambut Dibelah Tujuh Suasana Kampung dengan bilik bambu dan replika obor. Ratu Ilmu Hitam Suasana Mistis dengan kemenyan, kendi dan tengkorak.

  • 19. • Jangan ragu memutarkan film VFF serentak di seluruh bioskop CGV dengan jam pemutaran sebaiknya pada jam strategis yaitu sekitar 19.00. Dengan kepastian scheduling . • Pembuatan agenda pemutaran dengan jelas dan menjalankan program secara konsisten. • Memutar film hasil restorasi di CGV lebih dahulu, sebelum tayang di Flik TV.
