The role of Business Development Manager with PLAN Australia involved recruiting
Mortgage Brokers and assisting with the growth of their businesses.
Key responsibilities of the role included facilitating regular training sessions for new PLAN
Australia members, acting as a front line contact point for them on behalf of PLAN,
providing individual coaching support to brokers and assisting members build and maintain
relationships with panel lenders.
I took 12 months maternity leave during this period and returned for a further 12 months in
