Activity 1. “How does force affect the size and shape of an object?”
What you need:
Pencil egg shell modelling clay toothpick foil paper
Scissors plastic bottle styro cup sharpener cracker
biscuit
What to do:
1. Prepare the materials needed for the activity.
2. Think creatively of ways that you can do to change the size and shape of
each material.
3. Perform the action that you have thought for each of the material. Be
careful in doing the activity. Ask the help from your teacher to make sure
that you will not hurt yourself or others.
4. Record the actions done and the effects of force applied on each
material in the data table.
5. Return all the materials used and clean your working area after finishing
the activity.
6. Copy your answer from the data table to the tarpapel provided for your
presentation of the results/ reporting
