5. PROCEDURE
1. We washed the corn with water just for
five minutes, until it is clean.
2. We put the corn inside inside the pan
with a lot of water (on the stove - 25
minutes)
3. When the corn was baked, we grounded
it in the grinding machine
4. After I had a hard pastry, we sprinkled
the salt on the pastry
5. We kneaded the pastry with the rolling
pin and it we shaped it in a circle
6. Then, we put the pastry on the grill and
it broiled in for 12 or 15 minutes
7. Next, we had a delicious arepa.
8. With a knife, we spread the butter on the
corn cake and we grated the cheese with the
grater
9. We placed the cheese on the corn cake
10. Finally, you eat and enjoy with the teacher
and my classmates!
