控股的以电站工程建设及服务为主体的综合性工程公司，与西安大唐电力设计院共享资源、共用平台，集工程设
计、设备采购、施工建设、项目管理、运营服务为一体，是国内唯一同时拥有电力设计院、锅炉制造厂、汽(电)机
制造厂、电厂为平台的电力建设工程公司。
国联华光电站主要从事电站建设工程总承包和设备成套、太阳能电站、环保节能工程、锅炉新技术改造等总承
包和设备制造。

Wuxi Guolian Huaguang Power Engineering Co.,Ltd.(GHPE) is a comprehensive engineering company dominated by power
plant engineering, supply, construction and service business. She is controlled by Wuxi Huaguang Boiler Co., Ltd. (WHBC
listed company in Shanghai securities with code 600475). With sharing resource and platform with Xi’an Datang
Power Design Research Institute, GHPE forms a business configuration integrating project design, equipment procurement,
construction, project management, operation and service together, she is the domestic only power construction engineering
company who owns such platforms integrating with power design institute, boiler manufacturer, turbine (generator) manufacturer
and power plant.
GHPE principally is engaged in power plant EPC project and complete set of equipments supply, as well as EPC project and
equipment manufactures for solar power plant, environmental protection and energy saving project, and boiler reform with new
technology.

国联华光电站充分发挥电力设计院的优化设计能力，结合电厂运营实际，降低项目成本和缩短项目工期，打造

惠联热电3×170t/h PCB+2×C25MW，惠联垃圾热电3×500t/d+C15+B12垃圾电厂建设，近年来与新加坡金鹰集团、
印尼金光纸业、印尼春金、INDORAMA集团战略开发了多个项目。
GHPE has accumulated rich experience and strength of power plant construction ,boiler package construction and power
plant partial system construction, with a professional team specialized in engineering design, engineering procurement,
construction, project management, operating and service, forming a complete EPC organization system, in which the project
management is divided to be three-level management including company, function department and project department.

钢屋面上。
混凝土屋面光伏电站：光伏支架与屋面结合的形式主要有通过混凝土条基、混凝土压块固定等形式。

Depending on the technical superiority of Wuxi Huaguang Boiler on the incinerator, GHPE has taken the garbage or/and
sludge incinerator power generation as the key point of power plant construction, and promote aggressively the experience and
mode of HuiLian Garbage-fired Co-Generation construction. Besides the incineration technology, the technologies of garbage
pretreatment, leachate treatment, deodorization of plant environment, ash disposal and flue gas cleaning etc. are the primary
advantages of the project construction.

锅炉技术改造及电厂服务
国联华光电站长期致力于电厂节能环保工程的技术改造，随着国家节能减排及环保要求的提高，实施锅炉改造
势在必行，主要有链条炉、煤粉炉改造为CFB锅炉、燃气锅炉等。
在锅炉的技术改造中，根据用户的实际情况及要求，能利用的部件及设备尽量利用，在确保锅炉改造性能的基
础上，尽量减少改造工作量，为用户减少改造成本。通过锅炉技术改造，能够克服原锅炉的缺点，提高燃烧效率，
提高热效率，并能掺烧污泥、垃圾、秸秆、高炉煤气、焦炉煤气等燃料，提高锅炉出力，适应新的环保要求。为已
有链条炉排、煤粉锅炉、循环流化床锅炉的发展提供了一个较佳模式，社会经济效益明显。
公司积极推广节能技术的应用，掌握了多种余热余压利用技术，可应用于水泥窑余热锅炉、钢铁厂干熄焦锅
炉、电石余热炉，化工厂废气利用等。

GHPE has been devoting herself to the technical reform of energy saving environmental protection of power plant for a
long time. With the increasing demand for environmental protection and emission reduction, boiler reform is imperative, mainly
including chain grade boiler, pulverized coal boiler to be reformed to CFB boiler, gas fired boiler etc.
The boiler reform should be based on the practical situation of the customers, and use the most of the original components
and equipments to reduce the working capacity and reform cost on the premise that the boiler performance could be assured.
Through the reform of the boilers, the shortcomings of the earlier one will be conquered, the combustion efficiency and heat
efficiency will be enhanced. And sludge, waste garbage, straw, blast furnace gas and coal oven gas can be used as fuel to
improve the output of boiler and meet the new requirements of the environmental protection. These reforms offer the better
mode for the development of the traveling grate boiler, pulverized coal fired boiler and CFB boiler, which will bring the high
socioeconomic performance.
The company promotes the application of Energy Saving Technology actively and is skilled in various technologies of utilizing
heat recovery and excess pressure, which applies to cement kiln HRSG, Coke Dry Quenching Boiler of steel factory, Calcium
carbide HRSG and Waste gas utilization of chemical plant.

华光股份与清华大学、东南大学、华东理工大学、AEE上海公司、西安大唐电力院等联合成立烟气脱硫脱硝净
化处理工程研发中心，技术和工艺处于全国领先水平。

for flue gas desulphurization and denitration for different boiler such as garbage-fired boiler, CFB boiler, PCB boiler, HRSG
boiler. GHPE has already inherited over 10 years experiences in FGD engineering and project implement from Wuxi Huaguang
Boiler Co., Ltd.(WHBC)
Under cooperation with Tsinghua University, Southeast University, East China University of Science and Technology, AEE
Shanghai branch and Xi’an Datang Power Institute, WHBC has set up joint FGD research and development center which has
the advanced technology and process in China.

选择性催化还原法（SCR）
SCR脱硝工艺是利用催化剂，在一定温度下（270～400℃），使烟气中的NOx与氨气混合后发生选择性催化还原反
应，生成氮气和水，从而减少NOx的排放量，减轻烟气对环境的污染。
SCR反应过程中使用的还原剂可以为液氨、氨水（25%NH3）或者尿素。SCR脱硝工艺系统可分为还原剂储运系
统、氨气制备和供应系统、氨/空气混合系统、氨喷射系统、烟气系统、SCR反应器系统和氨气应急处理系统等。
Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR)
