the 12 Highway Districts and applicable policies, budgets, and human resources
 Initiated and/or fostered numerous collaborative and partnering relationships to implement multiple
state and federally-funded projects and programs; for example, the Transportation Operations
Center (TOC) and the changeover to LED traffic signals statewide
 Participated in conducting KYTC’s statewide quality, continuous improvement, and performance
measure activities
 Coordinated KYTC’s statewide business process review and improvement (EMPOWER Kentucky)
 Conducted the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet’s (KYTC) statewide transportation planning
activity involving the Highway District Offices and the Area Development Districts (ADDs)
 Represented KYTC in working with the KIPDA (Louisville) and Huntington/Ashland/Ironton
