the 12 Highway Districts and applicable policies, budgets, and human resources
Initiated and/or fostered numerous collaborative and partnering relationships to implement multiple
state and federally-funded projects and programs; for example, the Transportation Operations
Center (TOC) and the changeover to LED traffic signals statewide
Participated in conducting KYTC’s statewide quality, continuous improvement, and performance
measure activities
Coordinated KYTC’s statewide business process review and improvement (EMPOWER Kentucky)
Conducted the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet’s (KYTC) statewide transportation planning
