British Vita PLC Company
The objective was to do in depth study of a specific productmarketthat was entirely dependenton one particular industry. VTS was
debating whether to make capital investmentto stay in line with their competition. The study and comprehensive reportshowed that
investmentwas needed to stay in line with the competition and thatsubstantial investmentwould be needed to achieve this. Based
on this study they elected not to make the investment.
R&M International
I was assigned to do a business assessment;worked on site interviewing key role personnel and management,and perform
comprehensive look atP&L and other financials thatwere integral in the evaluation process. The overall assessmentshowed R&M
that they had some missed opportunities to move more dollars to the bottom line. A complete reportalong with action and
implementation plan was provided to chart them a course for capture of these dollars. From reports received th ey have been
successful in improving both bottom line and cash management.
Yarn Extrusion Systems
I assisted in getting this business in shape for attraction of a buyer; develop and implemented a plan to both attack the physical
appearance and financial appearance ofthe business. The plan was successful and the business was sold 5 months later for a
reasonable and fair value.
British Vita PLC Company
Delegated work primarilycontributing to the sale of company;the goal was to insure that the written due diligence was an accurate
depiction of this business. The prospectus was reviewed and validated. I also worked with all outside studies thatwere con tracted by
the purchaser. The sale of the companywas successful and Iwas hired on directly by the purchaser for continued abstraction.
Crawford Industries
Engaged directly after the purchase ofVTS Imperial Plastic SheetCorporation;a specific task to look at capital investment on one
major production line,and also to look at application placementwith the existing equipment. A report with estimated costs and
paybacks of investmentwas done. A time and process reportshowed the differences in profitabilityby moving certain applica tions to
different production equipment. Both reports were written to assistCrawford Industries to make a good decision on future capital
investmentfor successful profitcenter.
Multec Industrial Packaging
Managed the installation ofan additional process,roll fed thermoforming;projectincluded sourcing ofequipment,equi pmentmove
and installation,complete equipmentcheck and repair operationally,start up and run in of mold for operational checks,and training of
employee’s ofoperation.
The Tensar Corporation
Product developmentproject;specificallyin sourcing a new material to help improve and develop an existing product,I was able to
source a supplier specific to the mechanical needs thatwere extraordinarilyrare. The supplier was teamed up with Tensar an d
developmentstarted 3 months after my supplier research.
British Vita Corporation
Product developmentproject;a complete marketstudyof a specific segmentwas firstdone and used to justify investmentinto a new
productsegment. Once investmentwas approved guidelines for material specifications was developed for procurementofmaterials
that will full fill the developmentofthe segmentspecific to marketneeds.
