V3.advise is our consulting and advisory services division that helps clients with
the complex issues that arise in real estate management. We help align portfolio
holdings to organizational strategy through data analysis and the redesign of
ineffective processes. In addition, we assist in implementation through the
development of better governance tools and the codification of policy with
training and toolsets that help personnel better implement strategy. From

Rob Coulson founded V3 to craft concepts,
implement visions, and create long-term value for
clients, citizens and stakeholders. Rob’s experience
spans both the buy and sell side of real estate across
a wide variety of products including corporate
campuses, special economic zones, mixed-use
communities, military bases, and secure compounds.
In V3, Rob has built a team of international real
estate experts, dedicated professionals and business
partners. Strategic alliances with top-tier firms and
niche providers ensure that our projects are
successfully delivered regardless of size or
complexity. Mr. Coulson is an enthusiastic supporter
of lifelong learning. He has earned multiple degrees in Economics and Finance, is
active in the field of sustainability as a LEED Accredited Professional, earned a
Master of Corporate Real Estate designation, and has completed a series of
courses and executive education certificates from Harvard and Yale.
