Please summarize your professional career,includingwhenyou first started in the industry, what
positionsyou have heldand the companiesfor which you have worked to date.
I started in the transportation industry in March 2000, working forProfessionalFreightSales,Inc.a truck
brokeragecompany.Ibegan in theindustry with no prior transportation experience,and wastrained
fromthe beginning of my career to workwith both customersand carriers,booking freightand covering
freight.
Overthe nextnine years,I expanded my knowledgeof notonly thetransportation industry,butalso the
businessmanagementaspectsof thecompany.Iworked my way up themanagementladder, becoming
responsibleforaccountsreceivableand accountspayable’sand expanded thebusinessby initiating
inside and outsidesalescalls. I spenta lot of my free time reading up on businessmanagement,
transportation and HRlaws,and worked alongsidetheownerto develop a businessplan to expand into
the assetside of trucking.
In 2004 wepurchased ourfirst truckand opened ProfessionalLogistics,LLC.I becamean integral partof
the truckbrokerage,hiring and training new employeesand managing ProfessionalFreightSales,Inc.
The company washighly profitableand grew quickly fromtheday of inception until 2008. Thatyear,the
businesstooka downward turn between theeconomy and thefinancialchallengesthatcamewith
owning trucks.In January 2010, we were forced to close ProfessionalFreightSales,Incand Professional
Logistics,LLC.
Fortunately,in April 2010 I began my journey with Hybrid Transit Systems,Inc.Iwashired as a Client
Service Representative,working directly with a core group of customersto develop relationshipsand
expand ourbusiness.Overthenextyearand a half,ZI waspromoted multipletimes achieving Client
Service Representative5, and I increased the company’srevenueby over$1.5 million. In December2011,
I waspromoted to my current position,Client Service TeamLead.I report directly to the fourinnovative
ownersof Hybrid Transit Systems,Inc.I really love my career, and I haveextremely high standardsformy
personalperformance.Iworkhard every day to continueto be an integral partof thegrowth of my
team,and the successof this amazing company.

I ampassionateaboutoffering high quality,cost-effectivelogisticsservicesto my clients, and I have
dedicated the pasttwelveyears to learning asmuch as possibleaboutthird party logistics management.
Attending theAnnualTIA Convention and TradeShow willbe an excellent opportunity formeto putmy
experienceto workand networkwithother logisticsprofessionalsto expand my knowledgebase.
My ultimate career goalis to bean integralpart of the developmentand growth of Hybrid Transit
Systems,Inc.,to continueto coach and be a mentorto the employeesI lead.By attending theannual
