Ø Installed, commissioned and tested 15 small cells in the customer’s lab for customer evaluation
for future possible purchase

Ø Collaborated with IMS team for VoLTE End-to-End call flow validation in June 2015
Philippines Globe LTE project
Ø Cooperated with Philippines team members and deployed 20 eNBs over 2 weeks in Nov. 2014
Ø Autonomously performed CMCO(Compact Metro Cell Outdoor) network I&C(integration and
commissioning), which is the first globally commercial CMCO network in Aug. 2015
Ø Led the Philippines database team to accomplish eNB Software upgrade and liaised between
China TIS(Technical Introduction & Support) and local CTO teams, especially in the field of KPI
