INTRODUCTION
The term “Weblog” was first coined by Jorn
Berger in 1997.
The short form “Blog” was first used by Peter
Merholz. Later it has become a standard term
and even included in Oxford Dictionary.
WHAT IS BLOG OR WEBLOG?
“ A blog or weblog is a type of website or part
of a website supposed to be updated with new
content from time to time. Blogs are usually
maintained by an individual with regular entries
of commentary, descriptions of events, or other
material such as graphics or video. Entries are
commonly displayed in reverse-chronological
order” (Wikipedia, 2011).
Why Blogs are so Attractive ?
 Blog attracts us by its sheer interactive and
communicative capabilities.
 The power of the blog lies not only in ease of publishing
new content, but also in its ability to automatically
archive old posts and refresh the content of the main
page.
Therefore, blog has become one of the most important
and interesting tools for sharing information and
communication on the Web
