Mission Statement: 
Our company mission is to facilitate the increased development of renewable 
energy in pakistan through collaboration, education, training, and advocacy. 
Vision Statement: 
For economic and environmental reasons, Our company believes Pakistan the 
Asian States, and the Earth will benefit greatly from the rapid development of 
renewable energy resources and that Pakistan can and should be a leader in 
such development. 
To reach its goal, Our company has adopted five primary objectives: 
*Promote energy 
efficiency. 
*Support 
development of 
viable renewable 
energy projects. 
*Help develop and 
implement policies 
that will increase the 
production of 
renewable energy in 
Pakistan. 
*Build a market in 
Pakistan for 
renewable energy. 
*Foster and 
demonstrate 
stakeholder unity in 
support of renewable energy and energy efficiency in Pakistan. 
Uniqueness of the company 
Our company is an unique alternate energy company in Pakistan as we provide 
two type of alternate energy solution both in ON-GRID-TIED system (government 
electrical supply) and OFF-GRID system (local home use) 
We use four types of alternate energy sources 
· Solar PV system (solar panels) 
· Wind generator system (wind turbines) 
· Solar hot water system
· Hybrid system

Our company is

not only provide the 
alternate energy 
plans and solutions 
to our customers

24/7.Our customers share their views, experiences and can find solutions to 
their problems from our energy experts .Our customers admire our work and we 
take full responsibility of their total satisfaction and as a result they advertise 
about our company and our rightfulness for the good job. 
COMPETITION 
Our company has a number of global competitors but in Pakistan there is no 
other alternate energy company who’s work can compete our work .That’s why 
we are fear free in competition as no other company has direct installed an on 
grid alternate energy solution and the government of Pakistan is satisfied by our 
work and is ready to make national level projects with our company and in near 
future our company will be working to finish the energy crises of Pakistan. 
When our company will go to the international market and will offer their products 
and alternate energy solutions then our established name in Pakistan will act as 
the BACKBONE of the company in the international market.
Finance For the company 
Our company is a PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY (plc). So finance was not a major 
problem for us and all of our shareholders and stakeholders concern about the company 
success and work in every aspect to make us successful. 
More over the government of Pakistan helped us in the following ways. 
Government of Pakistan's "Policy for Development of Renewable Energy for 
Power Generation" offers the following incentives: 
· Wind Risk in Certain Areas (risk of variability of wind speed). 
· Guaranteed electricity purchase. 
· Grid provision is the responsibility of the purchaser. 
· Protection against political risk. 
· Attractive Tariff (Cost plus with up to 17% ROE), indexed to inflation & 
exchange rate variation (Rupee / Dollar). 
· Euro/Dollar parity allowed. 
· Carbon Credits available. 
· No Import Duties on Equipment. 
· Exemption on Income Tax/Withholding Tax and Sales Tax. 
· Permission to issue corporate registered bonds. 
Risk for the company 
As all the companies has to face some risks we also have to face them and the 
most common risks that could occur are: 
*People commonly do not know about the alternate energy solutions and would 
hesitate to use them in their homes 
*Pack of knowledge of the people can result in less sale of our alternate energy 
system 
*The government can make future policies that can affect our services. 
*The prize of our products is considerably higher than that of others and it can 
also be a risk. 
*Lack of finance for the heavy machinery 
We are doing everything possible to overcome all the risks and will do everything 
that we could to make our company successful not only in Pakistan but also in 
the international market.
