How Zignal Labs makes
renewals a breeze with
Premier Success.
When Lydia Jackson began working as the sole sales operations manager and Salesforce
administrator for media intelligence startup Zignal Labs, it had 10 engineers and only
one salesperson: the CEO. Today, Zignal employs more than 100 people, and its
operations depend on Salesforce to manage leads, close sales, and support customers.
Even during this fast growth phase, Lydia was able to act as the only Salesforce
administrator, learning Salesforce on the job and gaining skills and confidence
thanks to the support she received with her Premier Success Plan.
However, as Zignal Labs approached the one-year anniversary of its first clients,
