Salesforce was founded in 1999 in San
Francisco by Marc Benioff in his apartment.
The three men who started working in this
tiny office along with Marc were Parker Harris,
Frank Dominguez, and Dave Moellenhoff

companies, that delivered its product
through an internet browser, and not
servers that sit in your companies
basement.
● The goal was to create business software
applications in a completely new way – to
deliver software through a model known as

popular.

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a digital
marketing platform that helps you connect
with your customers. This product has a range

Marketing Cloud can seamlessly connect to
the Sales or Service Cloud, allowing for CRM
data to be passed into the tool.

Trailhead is the fun and free way to learn in

In Trailhead, learning topics are broken down
into modules and each module contains units.
At the end of each unit, you’ll complete a quiz

a module, you’ll get a badge that is displayed
on your profile.
