To whom it may concern,
I had the privilege of working closely with Cecilia as she and I planned and executed Maersk Oil's
Christmas Party and Dinner for 400 people in late-November, 2015. Her innovative event planning
experiences from her Bachelor's degree has given her outstanding communication, interpersonal
and organizational skills to quickly assess needs, developing timelines and implementing effective
solutions that meet our multi-cultural company's needs for such a large internal stakeholder event.
Key highlights that I noted about Cecilia during the 3-month period in which we planned this event:
Dedicated to exceptional service and high levels of performance when planning and execut¬
ing all event advertising - specifically media outlets, graphics and communication internally
Collated and distributed event materials, and maintained vendor collaboration with a cost
effective mindset
Excellent multi-tasker with a nose for solid logistical planning skills with courteous and
friendly attitude while putting a strong emphasis on efficient management
On the day of the event, Cecilia showed perfectionism and commitment to the level of performance
required to produce one of the most successful internal event Maersk Oil has executed in many
years. Even the final budget of the 2015 Christmas Party event was more than halved than last
year's event. I would like to share a few feedback statements that Cecilia ensured to gather for in¬
formation gathering and sharing with our CEO, and myself as well as for future event planning.
