1. Social Story: How to Play Floor Hockey

2. I like to play floor hockey. It is fun to hit the ball into the net.

3. First, I get a hockey stick and am put onto a team with my friends

4. I put both hands on the stick. One hand at the top. The other
hand towards the middle.

5. To make the ball move, I hit it with the end of my stick that touches the
floor

6. When I hit the ball, I need to be aware of my surroundings. I
will try not to hit one of my friends instead of the ball.

7. I will try not to hit other people or their sticks while I am playing floor
hockey.

8. My goal is to hit the ball into the net of the other team. I want to help my
team win.

9. If the other team gets the ball from me, it is okay. I will work with my
teammates to get the ball back in a calm manner.

10. I like to pass and share the ball with my teammates.

11. When my team scores a goal, I will cheer. It might be loud, but it is
okay.

12. I like floor hockey because I get to be active and be with my friends.
