Horizons and she was outstanding. I appreciate her knowledge, friendliness, and patience.

really had to hand hold through the entire training.

clearly to help the others struggling in the class to understand. It was unfortunately that she had to 
continuously stop after each step in each lesson to check on a few individuals.

bscheiderer@richwoodbank.com  I didn't realize I would be sitting in a cube in a room by myself. If I had known, I would have done in 
my office.

slow due to a wide­range of skill levels of participants in the class. The majority of the class was spent 
helping a few individuals in particular play "catch­up" that were either not paying attention or were not 
skilled enough to take this level.
