I have known Caroline Liddel for the past year while she worked as a
manager (unit director) at Denton State Supported Living Center
Denton, Texas.
Her gift with interpersonal and communication skills have allowed her
to develop good working relationship with the individuals and staff.
She is a problem solver and has helped us on many occasions to find
the correct solutions in the shortest periods of time make her an ideal
manager. She does not discriminate. “Her philosophy is first come first
serve.” She has open door policy no matter how busy she might be.
