  1. Ex Amétix digital La Stratégie Océan Bleu est un paradigme d'une stratégie d'entreprise, exposé par W. Chan Kim et Renée Mauborgne, chercheurs au Blue Ocean Strategy Institute à l'INSEAD dans Stratégie Océan Bleu : Comment créer de nouveaux espaces stratégiques1. Dans cet ouvrage publié pour la première fois en 2005, les auteurs expliquent que la forte croissance et les profits élevés que peuvent générer une entreprise se font en créant une nouvelle demande dans un espace stratégique non contesté2, ou Océan Bleu, plutôt qu'au cours d'affrontements avec des fournisseurs existants pour des clients existants dans une activité existante. Les océans bleus, au contraire, sont constitués de toutes les activités n'existant pas actuellement. Celles-ci constituent donc un marché inconnu, non infecté par la concurrence. Dans les océans bleus, la demande est créée plutôt que conquise. Pour les entreprises, il y existe de nombreuses opportunités pour une croissance rapide et importante. La compétition n'existe pas car les règles du jeu n'existent pas et sont à écrire. L'océan bleu est une analogie pour décrire l'immensité du potentiel non exploré.

En France métropolitaine, le nombre de chômeurs a augmenté de 75 000, à 2,9 millions de personnes ; le taux de chômage augmente ainsi de 0,2 point par rapport au trimestre précédent, et s'établit à 10,2 %. La Poste s’est justement invitée sur le salon du CES 2016 pour présenter un petit objet nommé Domino, qui permet de poster des colis très simplement. Fonctionnant à la manière des « boutons » développés pour certaines marques, comme Darty, on intègre le Domino à notre boîte à lettres et on le presse pour avertir La Poste qu’un colissimo doit partir. Via l’application, on entre alors le destinataire, on règle l’envoi, et le facteur n’a plus qu’à venir récupérer l’objet (qui n’a pas besoin d’être emballé au préalable) dans votre boite à lettres. Pour l’aspect technique, le Domino intègre un modem ultra bas débit (UNB), et est raccordé au réseau Sigfox. Et pour tenir dans la boite, le bouton est tout simplement aimanté. La Poste a indiqué que ce dispositif va être testé au cours du premier trimestre sur plusieurs milliers de foyers. Il faudra néanmoins attendre un bon moment avant que des objets pareils se démocratisent vraiment.
