• Konkola Copper Mines, Zambia - 3 Shaft Project - Owners Engineer.
• AngloGold Ashanti - Mponeng Project - Below 120 VCR Expansion Project

• Impala 17 Shaft Project - 3 Shaft Project

~ Kalagadi Manganese - BEE - 2 Shaft Project - International Funding
Project Managers / Design Engineers / doing implementation together with Shaft Sinkers
and PPM (Owners Project Managers)
• Stylsdrift Winder Project - AngloPlats Winder sub-project - Sub-contracted to Shaft
Sinkers Technical
• Afplats Leeuwkop Project - assessed, analysed and gave recommendations to
management regarding Document Control Systems required
Cannen set up and maintained all Project Documents / Document Control Systems for the above
projects, also liaised with Project Management and implemented the document controls /
processes required for the outcomes of the projects.
Carmen trained the new Document Controllers in all aspects of Document Control as well as
Microsotl Office Programmes required.
Carmen is able to liaise with Project Tvlanagers (both internal and external) / Geologists /
Struct11ral & Mechanical Engineering on a very highly technical level.
