I remember when I was first vetting Carlos for our director position, he made a joke about his middle name being “customer
service”; Carlos “Customer Service” Torres. While I thought that was hilarious at the time, I am now convinced that this is
absolutely true. His contributions to PARM however, have not been limited to customer service and management. He has also
provided administrative support by setting up our payroll, health benefits, workers compensation and employee handbook.
I have worked very closely with Carlos, as he reports to me on our California operation. I have seen first-hand that he is a very
versatile and flexible guy; as he is able to think on his feet and adapt to change quickly, performs under pressure, and is able to
work on different tasks simultaneously.

I met Carlos at Bank Of America while conducting some business there. I immediately knew that he was the kind of associate I
