objective by developing the methodology to determine cross-
sell, renewal and add-on booking opportunities.
Through her credibility, commitment and determination within
a very short time frame, she was able to create a tool for
Sales Summit in the USA. A tool substantiating the increase
in 2015 booking targets and providing practical support to
the Sales team.

Alex has been a driving force behind the Innovation &
Commercialization teams success from the beginning,
and acted as a strategic partner in helping to create
and inspire the teams vision and strategy. He was
instrumental in gaining the sponsorship of others and

Barb constantly exhibits a “one-company” mindset and

2. Deepak has led his team to effectively manage delivery projects
including management of risk, contingency and client/business
expectations. In 2014 he implemented an operating process
leading his team to deliver 10 recovery and 9 registry software
releases on time, on budget and with 70% less warranty issues
then 2013.
He worked collaboratively with his CMS business partners
to scope, estimate and deliver 6 significant sales growth/client
onboarding projects which enabled CMS to hit its’ $6M revenue
growth target.

Erin developed a new reseller relationship with DocMagic
to replace our fragmented contracting practice, helping
to drive a record number of new total customers, positive
NPS scores and total revenue for MortgagebotLOS.
Erin lead the team by defining the most valuable features
and then talking through the actual user stories, collaborating
with the team’s researcher, designer and developer.
Presenting to 250+ Leaders at Sales Summit, showcasing
the prototype and demonstrating what a motivated, rapidly
integrated team can accomplish resulted in a prototype that
falls squarely within our overall Lending Roadmap.

Feng Liu
Shortly after joining D+H Feng immediately immersed himself
with the CSLP RFP Response to fill a void within the team,
demonstrating strong leadership skills and innovative
thinking in leading the technology design and deep dive
solution. Through nurturing critical relationships, listening
to other experienced members of the team and observing
and then strengthening team dynamics, he was able to obtain
the right level of detail to create a winning technical response for
the Student Lending CSLP re-procurement. Feng leveraged
his experience to assist in the structure and design of the
future state and the costing of the delivery model.
Monique Trimarchi
Partnering with Sales and Product Management, Monique
assembled a cross-functional team to develop a Transition
Support Program for our CreditQuest and DecisionPro
products. As a result of the new Transition Support initiative
17 clients have gone through the Transition Support and an
additional 4 clients are currently in enrolled.
She demonstrates her commitment to employee engagement
and developing her team. Through her coaching and
development, several members of her team have been
internally promoted.

Douglas is the overall business pursuit leader for Student
Lending on the CSLP RFP. Throughout the 26 month process,
Douglas demonstrated his passion, commitment and extensive
knowledge while engaging 8-10 external business partners and
80 D+H employees across several support areas and locations.
Douglas built lasting relationships underpinned by respect,
understanding and collaboration. He is seen as a trusted
partner with immense value to add
3. Following the announcement of the FocusForward
US transformation strategy, Patti worked very closely
with the sales leadership team to better align the
organization against the strategic priorities.
In 2014 Patti took responsibility for sales compensation,
including the 2014 plan closures and the 2015 planning
process, for the first time from an HR perspective.
Partnering with finance, Patti has a done a flawless
job to deliver the plan for 2015.
Patti Goode
Salman is a driven individual, proven to have a continuous
positive impact on the Finance team. He is the first point
of contact for the Sales & Legal team for accounting
implications and interpretations throughout the contract
process for any Line of Business.
He pro-actively developed and delivered training on revenue
recognition guidance under IFRS accounting standards
to the Canadian Segment.
Salman Sadruddin
Throughout 2014 Sean worked with a key strategic partner
to develop a strategy to deploy online auction technology,
typically used in other segments, to the recovery space.
He explored the ‘upstream remarketing’ trend and its
applicability to repossessed vehicles. The opportunity had
several strong value drivers, enhancing our remarketing
value proposition for clients. He socialized with key client
contacts and gained strong support, this demonstrated
with the launch of the “RepoDepo Direct” portal in Jan 2015.
Sean Coulson
Tina Soares
Tina is a part of the US Enterprise Project Management Office
focused on managing highly integrated and customized
implementations for our clients. Her leadership has kept the
diverse teams from multiple product lines and development
organizations focused on delivering complex solutions for
our clients. As the company transitions from a product
focused to solution focused organization, Tina has been
asked to help the Integrated Core Team make this transition
based on her previous success.
Vicki Webster
Vicki was instrumental in 2014 in managing (and fixing)
many third party relationships, such as Simpro and TWCC,
critical to the effective functioning of Canadian Operations.
She was highly effective at juggling a large number of critical
initiatives such as supporting the Enhancement services
launch, the global delivery program, and other cost savings
programs. The total realized savings from projects managed
within Canadian Operations for 2014 was $3,026,796.
