My ambition
I have enjoyed a fantastic and rewarding time, working with the people in a
business going through huge transformation. We have built a world class
sales operation and delivered outstanding results for customers with the
inspired solutions we provide.
Through a succession of ineffective strategy and inadequate courage we
have fallen behind in the race towards a new digital landscape. This has
resulted in a survival culture rather than one of growth and innovation.
What matters most to me is to wake up everyday feeling inspired. I want to
once again belong to an organisation that is truly making a significant
difference to peoples’ lives and transforming UK businesses.
I remain hungry. I am eager to burst into the next stage of my career,
inspiring those around me towards unreasonable goals and building loyal
customer relationships.
Leadership is a choice that I make and not a rank awarded to me. We all
need to feel we belong in an environment where we have absolute
confidence that those around us are willing to put themselves on the line,
so that we all succeed together.
