managed problem resolution, rising expectations and sensitive data requests and requirements surrounding the
acquisition of Rawdata, Inc. by MarketTools, a MetrixLab company, through the transition of Rawdata technology
that provided valuable insight into client behavior.

technology. Results: Successfully executed a pilot project with Microsoft, Conagra, Walmart and Meijers, featuring
this innovative research technology, at a discount, in turn for their participation in the project, to build MetrixLab’s
credibility and confidence in the marketplace.
•Delivered Actionable Intelligence with regard to market insights and consumer behavior, by directing globally
dispersed project teams on institutional initiatives. Results: Delivered intelligence that Microsoft, Conagra, Walmart
and Meijers wanted to continue receiving after the end of the pilot project, which solidified future account relations
and required intricate, on-going client communication, problem resolution and service delivery related to multisite

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
•Executed essential strategic company rebranding and recapitalization to address market changes and competitive
challenges, through the design and launch of an innovative digital data analytics dashboard that visually presents
complex relationships between media platforms, media providers and consumer demographics. Results: The digital
data analytics dashboard has received critical acclaim by industry professionals that have used it.
•Introduced an additional product development revenue stream with the implementation of a mobile-based system
which passively observes media exposure and consumer related behavior. Results: The mobile-based system’s
automation feature has eliminated panelist’s manual input responsibilities. This, in turn, has increased the accuracy
of “true behavior” data collected and measured by a passive running meter.
•Engaged a new tech-forward mobile client base by providing mobile surveying services through a system that
incorporates advanced GUI features and rich-media presentations. Results: The technology features the viewing of
research results instantaneously as the responses are received from a research survey in session.
•Enhanced the speed and efficiency of data collection, analysis, and media analytics delivery, to aid clients in performing
real-time problem resolution, with a comprehensive cloud-based global infrastructure. Results: Data reporting time
has been reduced from quarterly reporting to reporting every 4 hours and On Demand, which has reduced data
costs.
