• Have an objective you are trying to meet. Does it reflect strategy, vision, growth,
inspiration etc.? Essentially what are the success criteria?
• Provide no more than 3 options for a broader vote. Ideally in a consumer survey
environment people tend to become overwhelmed with choice.
• Having an internal LOGO competition with voting for whoever could come up with the
best one.
• Ask for a large version, a small signature version. May want to request some high
resolution images as well as an image with no background so that it can be used in
numerous design applications
• Relaunch during Black History Month. HOLA relaunched in 2016 during National
Heritage Month (from LEAD).
