OUR WORKFLOW
During the initial meeting, we strive to understand your company’s
current challenges, hiring objectives, and culture.
We research the talent pool by looking at the candidates who match
the voiced requirements and those who are slightly beyond them.
Based on the talent pool research, we compose sample profiles of
different candidate personas.
Together with the hiring managers, we look at the sample profiles,
obtain feedback, and adjust the search requirements.
We detect and approach active and passive candidates who have
the necessary skills and qualifications for the role.
We talk to candidates who match the search criteria to learn more
about their background and expectations.
We send profiles of the most qualified and best-matching candidates
to the hiring managers.
We manage the communication between the hiring company and
the candidates, as well as interview appointments.
We gather feedback while keeping the process transparent. We
ensure that the parties are aligned and the questions are answered.
We collect references and make the respective calls to help the
