Intent Data is not just about anonymous online activity. It is
gauged from an individual's behaviour in social media, likes
and dislikes towards certain content, social media

internet.
In layman terms, intent can be as simple as highly

Please brief us about Bariza.
Bariza is one of the leading IT firms known for providing
IT solutions to businesses globally. Other than developing
software, app, websites, Bariza has expertise in Digital
Marketing as-well. From branding businesses online and
helping them achieve their business goals to creating

What were the initial challenges you faced while
venturing into the industry you are catering to?
Challenges are part of every venture, regardless of whether
they succeed or fail in the long run. Even Bariza had its
share of fair struggle.
In an Indian household, most of the parents want and
support their children to get highly educated so that they
can have a financially secured future. And if you are from a
Bengali household, parents and family consider doing a
government job is better than doing a corporate job, and
business is not a valid option for a Bengali family.

Hence when the only son in the family decides to quit a
high paying corporate job, it is highly likely the entire
family gets an idea that their beloved son or brother or
friend has lost his sanity and is on the verge of destroying
his career and life.
As the founder of Bariza, the first major challenge was to
convince others that I knew what exactly I was doing.
Secondly, considering Bariza is a self-funded venture, and I
am a first-generation entrepreneur, there were quite a few
obstacles in those initial days.
Trust is a major factor when you’re incorporating a venture.
You have to trust people, but then again, if you trust people
too much, you will be sent to the cuckoo land by those
people only. In my initial days, I trusted the wrong guys,
and I got cheated badly. It was so bad that there was one
time when I had to take a call if I wanted to give it one final
attempt or head back to my corporate life.
Luckily for me, I am a fast learner, and I guess I had that
risk-taking appetite then hence I took the last chance on
myself, and things turned out well for me.
To incorporate a company, it is important to have the right
kind of talents working with you. I have been fortunate
enough to work with great talents since the beginning of my
ventures. However, one of the major challenges I faced was
getting a proper infrastructure set up for my venture.
Considering I got cheated in my early days, it took me no
time to learn that a start-up is as good as the amount of
money in its bank account. Hence, I ensured to invest very
cleverly in those early days.
I focused on getting the optimum utility of the resources I
invested. I worked on networking and interacted with
seniors in the field and took notes which helped me
eliminate many challenges that came my way.
However, to be very honest, my clients played a vital role in
making Bariza whatever it is today. I always strive to
deliver the best to my clients, and they understood and
appreciated the efforts of my team and guided me to grow
in a positive direction.
The entire idea which worked for me was to ensure that I
look after my clients better than anybody else could.
To date, I believe, no matter whatever is your venture, if
you take care of your customers, no one, absolutely no one,
can stop your venture from growing to the next level.
What would be your advice to the aspirants willing to
venture into the niche?
First of all, one needs to identify the ‘Pain Area’ their
products or services cater to. By ‘Pain Area’, I mean what
solution your products and services will provide to the
targeted buyer’s segment. To confirm the same, try to do a
test run or create a beta product and do the market survey,
which will help you identify the market demand for your
services and products.
Once you find your product is viable and is getting positive
reviews, you can start focusing on other important aspects
like budgeting on incorporating a company, planning and
strategising on marketing and sales and then maybe
approaching investors for investing in your venture.
So, I will suggest if you’re an aspirant who is willing to
venture into a niche, it is essential to identify the product or
service which you can develop or serve at its best at first
because at the end of the day if buyers reject your products
or services no matter how much you invest on the sales and
marketing, you will eventually fail in establishing your
brand or successfully running your operation.
Being an experienced leader, share your opinion on how
emerging technologies enhance the industry and what
advancements can we expect in the future?
Technology plays a vital role in today’s date for any
venture. If you use technology to your benefit, you can
work on both a. reduction of cost and b. growth of your
business.
In the modern era, AI is being considered the future of
humanity. Technology being utilised can help you
streamline your entire operation, enhance your employees'
productivity, and help you achieve the optimum customer
experience.
Other than that, if you consider growing your sales or
establishing your brand, you can also do that through the
positive utilisation of technology.
Platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube are designed
to attract more users. It also provides an avenue for
businesses to reach their target market, enhancing the
opportunity for the ventures to generate more potential sales

Being a founder of multiple tech companies, I can say that
the modern era and the future are all about tech. If you’re
not using technology, you’re not only sabotaging the
growth of your business, but you’re also slowly poisoning
your venture.
Why do I say so? Let us consider these unstable Pandemic
Times when the world went for a lock-down. Numerous
businesses failed to survive during this period, but not all
ventures experienced the same.
Companies like Amazon, eBay, and other eCommerce
platforms experienced above 80% growth during these
tough times.
Hence, it will not be wrong to say, at present and in the near
future, those ventures who will be using technology at their
own benefit will grow faster and certainly have more
longevity.
Where do you envision Bariza eventually, and how do
you plan to embrace the changes happening in your
industry?
IT is an ever-evolving industry. This is one industry where
different software apps are being developed every day to
make the life of its users easy. Bariza works with small to
medium-scaled businesses globally and, to date, have
served above 1000 B2B clients all over the world.
The research team of Bariza is always working and is trying
to introduce new software for different industries, which
will reduce the operational cost and help the ventures invest
more in advertisements, which will help them grow their
ventures.
In terms of digital marketing, Bariza is trying to utilise

Taking into consideration the current pandemic, what
initial challenges did you face and how did you drive
Learnbix to sustain operations while ensuring the safety
ofyouremployeesatthesame time?
Our team always takes any situation positively and treats all
challenges as opportunities. Initially, it took time for all of us
to adjust to the routine of work from home but soon we
worked on it and focused on the development of new products
which will suit the hybrid learning. For safety purposes, we
initiated a vaccine drive at our organisation for our team
members as soon as the vaccine was made available to the
public.
One of the biggest challenges faced by Learnbix was to
convince the schools and educational institutes to adapt to e-
learning and technology because they were reluctant to accept
the change. But after looking into our product, many schools
trusted us and their results and impact on learning solved all
ourfuturehurdles.
What would beyouradvicetotheyoung generation?
For the new and future entrepreneurs, I would suggest doing
work in the industry for a few days in which you want to start a
business as it will build your personality with all the traits
required for that business. Looking around there are many
problems in society, and you can provide them with an
innovative and affordable solution. Another piece of advice
would be that stay client-driven. Solve all their queries. Give
them the best services and do not ignore their complaints.
Keep your eyes and ears open and always be quick to adapt to
thechangingtimes.
How do you envision scaling Learnbix’s operations and
offeringsin2022and beyond?
After the pandemic, the growth of e-learning boosted in the
multi-folds. Now, with our expertise and great services, we
are extending our services to various locations in India. Our
vision is to become India’s most affordable and largest e-
st
learning company by 1 August 2025. Till 2025, we are
planning to launch our services in various states and have
1500+ happy employees. We have an incredibly positive
outlook and have been building strong content, team, systems
to make this dream possible. In terms of finance, Learnbix is
currently bootstrapped and doing business with positive
account numbers. In the future, we are looking for funding
agenciesforfurtherimprovementinourservicesandcontent.
What is your opinion on ‘The future of the education
industry post-pandemic?
Before the pandemic, the education industry was mostly
working into the offline learning model. But due to pandemic
situations, everyone accepted the online learning model. But
we should acknowledge the fact that online learning cannot
replace the offline learning model. Both have their benefits.
So, in the post-pandemic era, we would see the hybrid
learning models will come forward and these models will be
the future of the education industry. Due to many B2B start-
ups like Learnbix, the educational institutes which were not
able to invest massive amounts in content creations can now
easily implement that solution cost-effectively. The students
will get the most advanced and practical knowledge at their
fingertips due to the implementation of the hybrid model.
Access to high-quality digital material will become easier
than ever before. We are looking forward to an incredibly
positive business scenario for the education industry post-
pandemic.

Hence when the only son in the family decides to quit a high paying corporate job, it is highly likely the entire family gets an idea that their beloved son or brother or friend has lost his sanity and is on the verge of destroying his career and life. As the founder of Bariza, the first major challenge was to convince others that I knew what exactly I was doing. Secondly, considering Bariza is a self-funded venture, and I am a first-generation entrepreneur, there were quite a few obstacles in those initial days. Trust is a major factor when you’re incorporating a venture. You have to trust people, but then again, if you trust people too much, you will be sent to the cuckoo land by those people only. In my initial days, I trusted the wrong guys, and I got cheated badly. It was so bad that there was one time when I had to take a call if I wanted to give it one final attempt or head back to my corporate life. Luckily for me, I am a fast learner, and I guess I had that risk-taking appetite then hence I took the last chance on myself, and things turned out well for me. To incorporate a company, it is important to have the right kind of talents working with you. I have been fortunate enough to work with great talents since the beginning of my ventures. However, one of the major challenges I faced was getting a proper infrastructure set up for my venture. Considering I got cheated in my early days, it took me no time to learn that a start-up is as good as the amount of money in its bank account. Hence, I ensured to invest very cleverly in those early days. I focused on getting the optimum utility of the resources I invested. I worked on networking and interacted with seniors in the field and took notes which helped me eliminate many challenges that came my way. However, to be very honest, my clients played a vital role in making Bariza whatever it is today. I always strive to deliver the best to my clients, and they understood and appreciated the efforts of my team and guided me to grow in a positive direction. The entire idea which worked for me was to ensure that I look after my clients better than anybody else could. To date, I believe, no matter whatever is your venture, if you take care of your customers, no one, absolutely no one, can stop your venture from growing to the next level. What would be your advice to the aspirants willing to venture into the niche? First of all, one needs to identify the ‘Pain Area’ their products or services cater to. By ‘Pain Area’, I mean what solution your products and services will provide to the targeted buyer’s segment. To confirm the same, try to do a test run or create a beta product and do the market survey, which will help you identify the market demand for your services and products. Once you find your product is viable and is getting positive reviews, you can start focusing on other important aspects like budgeting on incorporating a company, planning and strategising on marketing and sales and then maybe approaching investors for investing in your venture. So, I will suggest if you’re an aspirant who is willing to venture into a niche, it is essential to identify the product or service which you can develop or serve at its best at first because at the end of the day if buyers reject your products or services no matter how much you invest on the sales and marketing, you will eventually fail in establishing your brand or successfully running your operation.
