Within Afghanistan, improved irrigation mechanisms and increased cultivated land are needed to ensure food security. Addressing this issue will require coordination between stakeholders like regional parliaments, the Afghan government, INGOs, CSOs, and the media at both the national and provincial levels through negotiations, meetings, and awareness campaigns.
