I learned a lot more when i created my product. When i created my product i tried to figure out what to do because a registered nurse takes on a lot

A Registered Nurse is a person who enjoys helping other people. They practically have the responsibility for many peoples lives. What's interesting
about a Registered Nurse is that they get to learn about all the parts of the human body. A Registered Nurse works in the medical field and needs to
be ready with anything that comes their way. There could be a sudden death, some kind of medical issue that pops up, and even a patient just falls
over and hurt themselves. As a Registered Nurse they need to be able to deal with blood, snot, vomit etc. The main thing a Registered Nurse has to

need to have the patients medical issues, and problems handy and to give the patients, and their medicines when the patients need it ("Registered
Nurses" U.S. para. 8). An RN will usually records what the patient is doing, sometimes work with medical machinery, talk to doctors about the

An RN will have to be able to lift at least 10 pounds, maybe even 20 pounds ("Registered Nurse" para. 4). A person in this career should have an

After commenting on an article published in The Queen's Medical Center's (QMC) Print Connection a few months back, a few of my colleagues
found out that I was striving to obtain my Bachelor in Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) through the University of Hawaii's (UH) Executive
Registered Nurse (RN) to BSN Program. Some of my colleagues would ask, "Why do it, aren't you grand–fathered into nursing?"
My first answer to their question is that although I have been practicing bedside nursing for over 13 years, I still feel that I have a great deal to learn.

Bill Program. Soon after obtaining my RN licensure, I became an Army Nurse Officer. However, a few years after becoming an officer, I had to leave
the military service before I could reach my potential as a military health officer due to not having a four–year degree education. The QMC, to prepare
for Healthcare Transformation 2020, where nurses are expected to be well educated not only in patient care but also in health care financing,
community and public health, and quality improvement, would be pressed to hire nurses that have a minimum BSN degree. Today, although QMC
allows me to practice as an RN with my ADN degree, it would be difficult for me to venture out of bedside nursing and transfer to other facets of
healthcare without a BSN degree. With this situation, I fear that as a bedside RN, where there is potential for physical injury, I may someday injure
myself thus unable to continue as a bedside RN. With an ADN degree, my option in finding other positions in healthcare would be very limited– a deja
vu scenario that I previously experienced while in the military and certainly would not want to face
