To ensure that my program evaluation is objective, credible and fair I would employ internal and external counselors or advisors as well as align my
program evaluation with the standards and practices of the professional body of evaluators. These "advisors "may or may not include the program
stakeholders, but would not negate the formal process of collaborating with key stakeholders. Rather, the purpose of my advisor team is to see and
hear things I missed.
These advisors are to me as the evaluator as the football coach is to the quarterback: the coach/ advisors supply information to the quarterback/evaluator
who directs the game/evaluation. In addition, I would employ Fitzpatrick's advice to consider a wide array of methods to collect information. Multiple
methods can be used to increase validity, to enhance understanding, or to inform subsequent data collection. (Fitzpatrick, 2011). By using multiple

Equine judging is when you judge the conformation (how the horse is built) of a certain breed, including performance classes. Performance

When I first saw it as one of the task for the week, I was shock and didn't know what to do or how to do it. The guideline questions help me a lot to

The first two books and movies went along great, things weren't left out that were vital and all the characters for the most part were there. The last
movie is the one that had some plot–shifting changes. In the books there is woman named Edith Prior, one of Beatrice's ancestors who had recorded
video of her explaining everything, the factions being an experiment, how they knew it would lead to war eventually, and how the Divergent are
what they were trying to create through this experiment. Beatrice and her friends broadcasted this video for all the factions to see, something the
lady on the opposing side of the war didn't want people to see. They also go to jail for releasing this video and escape. None of these details are in
the movie and Edith Prior was never mentioned. In the book Beatrice's brother was charged with treason, went to trail and sentenced to death.
Beatrice's boyfriend Four helps him escape. In the movie her brother never had a trial, Four just broke him out. When they finally escape the
factions and over the wall they are found by the people who started the experiment, the Bureau. In the book being at the Bureau cause tension
between Beatrice and Four so they break up for some time, this also never happens in the movie. The book has a modern setting, airplanes, books,
and other things that we have now. In the movie the technology was so advanced that it was like something out of a Star Trek movie and it didn't fit
with the original feel of the book at all. In the end Beatrice is killed and Four greaves for a long time. The book had an emotional ending and had
myself in tears. In the movie Beatrice never gets herself in the situation to be killed, which is a happy moment but also anger that the producers would

There were also a variety of other cars with different depictions that were assorted in color and character. A 3
–year old child would have most of the
motor development abilities to play with the Transformer car. The child would be able to grasp the unit and be able to place the object on large flat
objects like floors, end table tops or on couch cushions. The child would be able to use some fine motor skills that make the car turn or move back and
forth. A 3–year old may exhibit some of these fine motor skills with his or her tongue sticking out depending on how hard it is for the child to do
these things. The child might also be able to use some gross motor skills with the toy too. The youth could walk with the car rolling on the table or
crawl with the car on the ground. This student assumes the child could do the things, but also think that the child would move slowly and have to
concentrate to do some of these activities.
The child would be able to keep some of his or her attention on what he or she was doing. Children at age 3 would also have a more primitive
selective attention span that would keep the child somewhat focused on the more important activity of playing with the toy and avoid other less

Evaluation Essay: Architectural Engineering
As a high schooler, I've been told repeatedly to find a career and stick to stick it. I've been pushed to figure out my life with very little to work off of.
All I was given were interest tests and orders to use my hobbies as a base. Obviously, I didn't get very far with so little to work with and was always
expecting the answer to just come to me. I suppose I have lucked out a bit and it did in a way. Thanks to my dad bouncing ideas with me, I started
looking at civil engineering and architecture. In a combination of the two, I found architectural engineering. While I've looked over it repeatedly, I've
yet to analyze it closely. So as my hopes and dreams have been pinned to it as of late, I'd like to analyze architectural engineering as a potential career
to pursue.
First off, the job of architectural engineers is fascinating. They're the ones that make all of the aspects of a building work together to make it art. While
architects make a building visual art, architectural engineers make it functional art. With civil engineers and architects, they work as a team in making
buildings structurally sound. Some may be in charge of designing the ventilation system where they can make it so the heating and air conditioning
efficiently keep the building at the desired temperature. Others may design the electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems to be as effective in
