brought the world's attention to the serious problems of pollution and climate crisis, especially communities in poverty. In 2017, there were six
hurricanes worldwide, three of which became major hurricanes as a result of climate change. Despite the natural disasters that resemble climate change,
anti–environmentalists continue to advocate the idea of slashing funds for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). These events and

Furthermore, residents in WKU have a positive opinion to second–hand products. 45.3% of them think it helps to save money, which accounts for the
largest proportion among these options. It is easier for WKU residents to accept second–hand goods and the concept of recycling used items.
Intention to sell
Figure 1 shows people's intention to sell unused goods in exchange for cash. The majority of students are willing to sell their unused goods because it
truly meets their interests when others make good use of unused goods. Therefore, there is a demand to reuse goods. There are 9.6% respondents are
indifferent, but for those group of people, they may also agree to sell their unused products if we can persuade.
Reuse behavior
Not only the demand to sell, also the demand to buy shows in our survey. Figure 2 points out there are 85.1% respondents use something used by
someone else before. It not only includes those people who use second–hand goods usually, also contains someone
