In 5 minutes, users can prepare their CDL-CQI Report on the Ufuture UiTM portal. They log in to the site and join the CDL-CQI group. They then self-evaluate their implementation of OBE-SCL, alignment of CO-PO-LO-KI, and CQI issues. For each, they key in scores, comments, and then submit and print the completed PDF report.

6. For RP- Join All Group

8. Click at Button Edit under OBE-SCL

9. Key in Your score for
OBE-SCL Implementation (Self Evaluation)

10. Click at Button Edit under
CO-PO-LO-KI Alignment

11. Key in Your score for
CO-PO-LO-KI Alignment (Self Evaluation)

12. Click at Button Edit under
Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)

13. Key in Issue Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)
Then click at button Submit

14. Type at Comment
Click Save and print PDF.
