This was our first experience with providing an internship opportunity for a student. If they could all have the attitude of Ms. Hale we
would welcome as many as you could provide. Our field of work is in the energy sector dealing with a range of clients and landowners
for the purposes of conducting seismic activity. We typically work seven days a week and between 10-12 hours per day. Ms. Hale had
a great attitude coming in and I never once heard any complaints. She was always asking questions and willing to do whatever was
asked of her at any moment. She adapted very well to her duties and her ability to pick up on our operations with very little coaching,
which is something I wish I could find more of, was refreshing. As stated earlier we deal on a daily basis with clients and landowners.
She has a great confidence about her and her ability to confidently speak about our operations to anyone was a breath of fresh air. She
was very professional and courteous during our meetings with local county officials who even sought me out to give their
compliments about her. I hope it does not come across as being overly complimentary to Ms. Hale but she deserves it. She will be a
great asset to any field of work or company she chooses and I would not hesitate to offer her a position with me. Thanks again and I
look forward to any additional conversations if needed.
