9. Implementing Community-Sensitive Construction Measures:
Pile Driving Reduction

● Pile install is required for foundation support of the
building.
● La Terra dedicated time and resources to redesign of the
foundation to reduce the required number of piles from
100 to only 3.
● As a result, the pile driving is reduced to a 2-4 day
construction process, while still maintaining the structural
stability of the building.

indicated in their “Good Neighbor Construction Practices”
