for Courts including parenting capacity evaluations, custody evaluations and
psychological damages evaluations. Have conducted over 300 parenting capacity
evaluations. Consult with local business owners to increase employee and owner
communications and satisfaction to help increase productivity. Conduct risk
assessments and fitness for duty evaluations for employers. Conduct malpractice
reviews and psychological damages assessments.
Qualified as an expert in clinical psychology, child custody and parenting evaluations in
Norfolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Isle of Wight Northampton
County, Juvenile and Circuit Courts and Charlottesville and Danville, Virginia Juvenile
Courts.
City of Norfolk, Parental Reunification Program. Wrote and received three year
grant for $209,000 to provide assessment of families of children in Foster Care to
determine their readiness for reunification. This grant has since been renewed for five
additional years.
1996-2011 Atlantic Psychiatric Services. Clinical Psychologist, providing psychotherapy and
psychological assessment services for Children, Adolescents and Adults and provide
training for psychology interns and residents. Conduct Parenting and custody
evaluations as well as disability evaluations.
1999-2006 WVMI. Consulting Clinical Psychologist. Assisted in developing and providing
review services across the Commonwealth of Virginia for children utilizing CSA
funding. Assisted in development of Medicaid Guidelines for Residential Treatment
and Therapeutic Foster Care programs Provided training regarding Utilization
Management and Treatment Planning.

Norfolk, Virginia.. Responsible for clinical direction of managed care operations for

administration of 34 bed psychiatric unit at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
Responsible for administration of 286,000 member EAP with both internal staff model
services and assessment and referral services across the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Assisted company in refining clinical procedures, and successfully reduced outpatient
utilization by 40% while simultaneously reducing complaints by 35% in the
management of the Commonwealth of Virginia employee contract covering 180,000
