Urbo is a European smart bike sharing provider that partners with city councils. It provides bike sharing systems to councils free of charge and generates revenue from user membership and usage fees. Unlike other dockless systems, Urbo bikes lock to existing infrastructure using a cable lock system. This prevents bikes from being left anywhere and addresses a problem that Asian dockless competitors created by littering streets with abandoned bikes. Urbo has agreements in place to launch systems with over 200 councils across the UK and Ireland over the next three years and hopes to expand across Europe.

URBO?
Urbo is a smart-bike share provider, focused on locations where we secure
exclusivity. First scheme launched in London in 2017. Signed agreements in
place with four London councils. Signatures in place with numerous UK & Irish
councils for Summer 2018 launches.
THE PROBLEM?
Many city and town councils can't afford bike-share schemes due to budget
constraints. A newly emerged dockless model from Asia has resulted meant
that council finance is no longer needed, but their system has resulted in
'littering of streets' as users can leave bikes anywhere.
THE SOLUTION?
Urbo provides bike-share systems to councils free of charge. Users pay via
membership and usage fees. Users unlock the bikes via an app on their
smartphone. Unlike many bike sharing systems, there are no docking stations.
Urbo has created a cable-lock solution, meaning bikes are locked to existing
parking infrastructure. This eliminates the ‘littering’ effect of the Asian model.
THE VALUE?
The value is in the users, with Urbo being a tech company. Evidence shows that
for each bike deployed, c. 10 users become members of the scheme. Urbo has
lined up agreements with councils to deploy almost 200,000 bikes in the next
three years.

4. The European Landscape
www.myurbo.com I www.urbosolutions.com I info@urbosolutions.com
Some European councils hesitant to trustlarge Chinese corporations. What hashappened in China is not acceptable toEuropean Councils.
Councils very cognisant to demise of someAsian operators.
Chinese companies focused on a few verylarge centres, leaving a significant open-market opportunity.
The European market is being regulated bycity and town councils.
Opportunity for European player to positionitself as the respected and trusted solution. Our team is well regarded and well placed.
First mover advantage has been gained withstrong relationships, already developed, withmultiple councils, in many Europeangeographies.

6. How We Plan to Grow in Europe
London acts as the show-room to Europe and is well respected by councils across Europe.
London is split into 33 councils. We launched in our first council in October 2017.
Urbo collaborated with both the council and Transport for London (TfL) to make this
happen. We launched in our second and third council in February 2018. We launch in
Tier-2 U.K. town on March 30th.
The focus for 2018 is on the U.K./Irish market. We are in advanced discussions with 9
Councils, which we can address subject to further funding.
We have 30 other councils in the U.K. where we are in active discussions, which can also
be brought forward to the 2018 timeframe subject to funding.
Through our strong relationships, we are now focused on councils where we can get an
exclusive relationship as the sole bike-share provider.
We have >60 other Councils, with ongoing engagement, where we would plan to launch in
2019. All of these have also signed Statements of Intent to use Urbo.
We continue to engage with >200 other councils across Europe as we build out our
pipeline of opportunity.
