located in Haddonfield, New Jersey. Alberto & Associates is an Architecture,
Planning and Urban Redevelopment firm. Alberto & Associates specializes in
multi-family residential design, healthcare and commercial projects. LTC Loftus
is skilled as both an architect and urban planner with Alberto & Associates. He
has experience working on all phases of a project to include initial concept
development, site planning, site plan approvals, pre-design concepts and
programming, schematic design, design development, contract documentation
and construction administration. Other skills performed include yield and
feasibility studies, presentation rendering and consultant coordination. LTC
