Client submits an employee census as input for a proposal.
The census determines which employees qualify, their
wellness reserve amount, and the employer's potential tax
savings. Upon review, client signs all client documents.
Per the executed signed documents, our plan
administrator contacts the client payroll
department to initiate program parameters
Employer forwards sponsorship letter and marketing
material explaining program to each employee.
