2. High Net Worth Estate Planning Design
• No out-of-pocket, preserving current cash flow
• Without using up gifts to trust for life insurance, other assets can be gifted
creating significant value.
• Provides a substantial tax-free IRR, death benefit outside of the estate
• Retain assets otherwise sold to pay premiums
• If client already has an inforce policy, the new death benefit could even increase
